I wish I could give 0 stars. I had the misfortune to book a car with Zoom car rental in Toronto Canada through Priceline. My credit card was charged for the entire booking upfront. My flight came in later than planned and when I went to pick up the car they told me they had given it away since I was a “no show” and that I should “call Priceline for a refund”. Almost 1 month later and after multiple calls, no refund. Priceline says they have emailed Zoom rental company (since they need confirmation from Zoom rental company that I didn’t get the car) and that Zoom rental company did not respond to their emails. Zoom rental company says they never received any emails from Priceline, and Priceline keeps telling me they will escalate the matter and that they will contact me, which they never do. I have to keep calling them, and still no refund on a rental car I never received. I will never make the mistake of using them for anything ever again. There is a reason why their rates are so cheap, and it’s because their service is horrible.

Cuidado!!! cuando alquile un auto con Princeline.com, porque despues va a tener sobre precios y gastos que no aparecen en el contrato original incluyen gastos de IVA ,le cargan combustible y otros cargo y Ud. pagara casi el doble de lo contratado en la pagina de PRINCELINE.

so my friend asked me to book a ticket from phoenix airport to Dallas tx, then my financial nightmare started with priceline.com O lord . this is too much. from last 19th to now no solution ..the ticket was $208.10
they intentionally charged my card 4xtimes since then i have been back and forth with them and my bank no solutions yet. no one is telling the truth. they said wait until payments clear, 6days later payments cleared, money gone out of my account. today i called the bank to file dispute they sent me online. what is going on forlks?
