Ezirenr - Rip off rental company. They advertise as 7 pounds and at the end it costed 200 pounds!!!

Issues:
- You cannot use your liability
- You have to pay 40 pounds a day for their insurrance
- There is a gas insurance which is hilarious
- If you bring the car back even a little lower than full, they charge the full tank not the difference and costs 3pounds a liter.

We got the car back early in the morning, it was a bad weather and I was following the GPS and sadly forgot about the fuel :(
This was my first and only time in many many rentals where I forgot to fill the tank with gas.

The other thing is that they did not mention that anywhere that they will charge for the full tank at a ridiculous price.

This is how you pay 200 pounds for a day of the smallest car on the planet Kia Picanto. I would never book with them again :(

The staff was excellent, helpful and efficient

Buyer beware, these guys are rip off merchants. They charge nothing for the car hire, then rip you off in the fine print. There is a 55 pound admin charge for each little thing they do, and they just charge your card for anything and everything. Don't get ripped off, these guys have a long list of reviews on other sites, but on their site, it all looks rosy. Check out the tripadvisor reviews. This company should be banned, be very very careful! Do not use Ezirent - Ezi RIP OFF!
A number of us are now in the process of taking this company to court, read online for the class action. If you have been ripped off get on board and we can take this company to court and let the judge decide if their practices are legal.
