I have had to change my review from a three star to a one after their true scam showed.
DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY!
If you just did call them back and cancel your order!
I shoot pro and have for over 20 years and have never had such run around and lies.
First be aware they will be sending you grey market equipment. They also sent me the wrong lens, sent me a very cheap small metal case that I could dent with my thumb and still charged me for a large version, the pro filters were priced at $180 and they sent a cheap version priced all over online for $50, they did not send all the things I ordered but still changed me for them and items where missing with the camera as well. I called them Monday first thing and they said they would send me the replacements as a cross shipment to arrive Friday. I told them I needed it by Friday as I head out of the country for a month and needed this equipment ASAP now that they messed up the order. They said they would.

So I sent all the product back.

They were never able to produce for me a tracking code on Thursday. They had me on hold for over an hour on Friday as I was trying to find out where my equipment was and tracking information and they gave me the run arounds on holds to then tell me they had no record of my shipments to me and I would have to call back on Monday. Monday was a holiday and now after another 30 min of run around holds. I tell you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM. IF YOU LOOK AROUND YOU WILL SEE OTHERS HAVE HAD THIS SAME EXPERIENCE. BUYER BEWARE!

What a terrible experience. Primotronix advertised my Sony RX-100 camera for $570 and proceeded to call me to inform me the price did not include a regular lithium ion battery (which Sony states is standard and included in the purchase of the camera). I followed up with Primotronix and the salesman with whom I spoke with was extremely rude and aggressively pushed me to buy a "bundle" for another $30 stating "that is why we offer the camera so cheap" (really?, give me a break as there are four other vendors offering to sell the same camera at roughly the same price (clearly my mistake as I should have moved onto another retailer)). I refused to buy the bundle and he finally agreed to ship my camera (which arrived almost three weeks late). Camera arrived and sure enough the battery had been replaced and is dead (does not hold a charge). Seems like he got the last laugh, but I certainly am not going away and will contact the Better Business Bureau as I truly do not want anyone else to have the type of experience I endured. BUYER BEWARE - STAY AWAY

Unfortunately there was some mix up with my order. Originally I provided the wrong billing address but corrected it immediately. While confusion followed, employee Roger was incredibly helpful. He worked so hard to help me get what I needed. And my Nikon d5100 is amazing. Came with everything advertised!

Sweet, Short, and Orderly:
Good - Great customer service. Dave knew what he was talking about and got my order shipped a lot faster than I expected. The camera works great and everything seems in order. It was also a great price, a lot cheaper than from any other stores and it is new with warranty.
Bad - My first order online took more than 4 days to process so I called Customer Service to get it corrected. After calling and getting a new order processed, the previous one would not go away on my primotronix account and the new one did not show up. It worried me but nothing really happened, I would just like to have everything on my account.

Other than what I previously said, everything was great. Dave was professional, got me what I needed and wasted no time shipping it. I am very pleased with my purchase; it was a great deal. I would recommend this website to anyone.

They made it easy to order my new Canon EOS Rebel T3. From ordering to shipping, it was simple and fast. The delivery was on time and came in great condition. The product was every thing the said it to be! Great company!

They post a very attractive price online, probably the best price possible. You then get a phone call a day or so after you place your order where a sales person tells you what the camera does not come with. They proceed to up sell you on several merits of why you should purchase this or that. Then the next thing they tell you is that if you purchase the "whatever", you'll get free expedited shipping. Then they tell you that without the free expedited shipping it will take nearly a month for your purchase to arrive. After tallying up the totals I could have gotten my camera for a bit less cash and without any hassle had I gone to one of the reputable <External Link Removed> sellers. Sorry Primotronix, I won't be pulled in again, and it has become very apparent why Primotronix is not an <External Link Removed> seller. "I won't be doing business with Primotronix again" would have been my <External Link Removed> review. You'll see comments throughout these reviews that point to "upgrades" etc. In addition, the Canon Rebel T3i came completely repackaged from what the factory provides. I'm really not even sure if this product is refurbished. Again, do your homework and beware.

I was a little worried about the lack of order clarity on the website, but when I called to get some more information they were extremely helpful. I ended up making a couple of changes to my order that really provided me with the best possible product and solution at the end of the day. So, we are really happy with our experience!

I just happened upon this website while googling Canon PowerShot SX50. They had the best price if you only need the camera, I was upgrading from my pocket canon elfph. The company is through, they gave me a follow up call to verify, that it was in fact me ordering, the product, which was nice. Shipping was 21.00, because i wanted it now... they do have free shipping but it would have be longer for delivery. Yes i do believe i would order from them again, and also would tell some one about them too. I love my camera, just trying to get past the learning curve.

With all the problems with unsavory online vendors not properly labeling products as coming with a valid U.S. warranty or as gray market goods Primotronixs sells at a very reasonable price and tells you up front not to worry it is not a gray market item that indeed it comes with a U.S. warranty and will even call you to verify your order to make sure that you needed what you ordered and did not maybe but down the wrong number with out trying to pressure you into buying something you don't need.

After much internet research and talking to several friends with better cameras, I purchased a PowerShot SX500 from PRIMOTRONIX in September 2012. I left on a wonderful vacation the day after it arrived and was able to take beautiful photos. In November I believe the camera was stolen from my car at a car wash. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was missing for a few weeks. Just ordered a new on 1/21/2013. Leaving on a vacation on the 28th and told salesman I needed camera By Saturday. In addition to being very helpful and answering my questions regarding the differences in quality and price between the CANON packages and the packages PRIMOTRONIX puts together, he promised my camera would arrive on Friday....IT ARRIVED ON THURSDAY! I will recommend PRIMOTRONIX to anyone who is purchasing a camera or equipment. It's a pleasure doing business with a company with a high standard of Customer Service. Thank You

I bought an item for under $20 from this site and went to a supplier and they wanted to charge over $70 for the same exact item. Will order from here again.

Primotronix.com gave me the best offer available (trust me I tried many other websites but they were all trying to take my camera accessories and sell them to me for some more money). Shipping was smooth and took 5 days for free shipping, and I got my camera with absolutely no problem.
