Second time we’ve used Prime Sky for business class air. Mckenzei Reed was an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided below quotes from other consolidators. She was extremely responsive and on the spot in answering text and phones messages alike. We were able to lock down the flights and the preferred carrier in a timely manner. We’ll stick with Prime Sky (and McKenzei) for future business class travel.

The agent was very efficient and helpful. I will use him again.

I had changed my trip so many times that I would have been frustrated with me if I was on the other side of the phone. But Jordan has been nothing but helpful and professional with me. It as easy to work with James and explain what I needed. He resolved my problems quickly and I mistakenly did not see my companion on the same sheet of paper. So I gave him 4 stars instead of the 5 stars he deserved

Booking a trip for three couples, they quoted me a price and then increase the price. And then told me they couldn’t give me the second price for one of the couples so they had to change our itinerary. They told us they would hold the seats for 24 hours. We booked in less 24 hours and then they increased the price after we booked. Very frustrating

In general we were pleased with the cost of our ticket, but the process was ANYTHING BUT STRESS FREE.

The ticket itinerary we originally bought "went away" and its replacement was less desirable. Though I asked to keep communication by email we were "panic" called at 9:30 pm and made mistakes due to not seeing options in writing.

Primesky was great. What they said was going to happen is what actually happened! No surprises. They had the best service and pricing of any company I have dealt with for travel services!

I had a pretty pleasant experience with Primesky. My personal Adviser, Alex, was very friendly and went above and beyond to find me the best tickets. He found me business class seats from Athens to LA and from LA to Kalamata at almost 35% cheaper than I could find on the web. Alex heard all my preferences and provided me with a flight with two stops because I hate staying in the airplane for more than 8 hours.

It was my first experience with such a company, but I'll always contact them from now on because it has saved me a lot of time.

The only small downside (and that's why it's a 4-star rating) was that the process was a bit slow. But again, since it has saved me time and money, I am OK with that.
