I wholeheartedly regret purchasing from Primals.

I bought a pack of bamboo toothbrushes with horse bristles. The thing is, it is poorly made. It’s just a China product. I’ve seen other brands with this exact same product, just with a different name on it, in Europe. But yeah, I bought it.

First of all, it wasn’t the best experience paying the customs at the post office. But oh well.

The worst thing is that the toothbrush head is too bulky, and because it’s hard bamboo, my gums are bleeding when I brush because it’s constantly bumping into my gums, and eventually they start bleeding. So I quickly stopped using it, and it’s just been a waste of money. I would have preferred to buy something else, but okay.

To be fair, I reached out to their customer service and told them about the situation. But as they weren’t willing to do anything, they have no satisfaction guarantee, and they just sent me some AI slop about how their refund policy waives all responsibility because it’s a personal hygiene item.

I’ve decided to let everyone else know that this is not the product you might think it is, and I highly question the validity of all these five-star reviews from Judge.me. It just seems odd to me that the experience is overwhelmingly good when the toothbrush head is basically twice the size of a regular toothbrush.

I was so happy with my electric toothbrush and bundle. The packaging was so impressive and I I was blown away by the quality and presentation. Awesome product. 10/10 recommended.

Love the product

Well the brushes fit my Oral-B electric toothbrush but it's impossible to brush my teeth with them on there. Nobody's gotten back with me can't get a refund wasted my money.

Primals is amazing! Their products are second to none and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend to anyone searching for clean hygiene products.

I literally have every Primals product and I love them all! I only wish they made more products! Organic cotton boxers, merino wool boxers, horse and boars' hair toothbrush, toothpaste tablets, body wash, shampoo, air purifiers, shower head filter - are all terrific. Highly recommend them all!

The toothbrush heads for the Sonicare toothbrush work amazingly. I originally tried the Sonicare toothbrush head that worked quite well, but Primals replacement head was actually better & more comfortable. Though the order did take awhile, Primal included some free samples of various things that were greatly appreciated. Customer service was very prompt in their response. Thank you Lauryn.

I LOVE how soft these toothbrushes feel while I use them! Soft as a pillow and I can rest assured knowing I’m not having microplastics and toxins for breakfast. So worth the$$!

Getting rid of my plastic toothbrush is the best feeling in the world. Well not the best but it’s right up there!

They don't answer about crucial questions on their products... They are hiding a potential usage of chemicals on "eco" products!

My order never came! But they are still trying to take money from my account!! By luck i canceled my bankaccount but i still get mails monthly that they are waiting for a payment because i have a subscription! I canceled that subscription the first month but they keep sending me mails for the next payment. This company is a scam!! Watch out!!

I absolutely love primals! Their products have been so helpful for me trying to live a healthier lifestyle and reduce the chemicals and toxins I consume. Their customer support is super friendly and always replies quickly, which is so rare these days.

I ordered the single shower head from PRIMALS and was not disappointed! In the process of ordering, the promotion prompted for two free gifts with the shower head purchase. I went to claim the free gifts but due to a computer glitch, I didn’t get my free gifts. I emailed Lauryn (the founder) and was in contact with her in very short order. She emailed me back within an hour and made the order right away! I’m a very pleased customer and would do business with people like this and day! As should you !!

I ordered the briefs and they're extremely nice, they're comfortable and breathable.

Have bought several items from their online shop and amazon and items always arrived on time. The boxers specifically are my favorite.

Love the horse hair toothbrush! Great for my sensitive teeth while still getting a nice clean feeling. The shipping is fast and reliable. My boyfriend loves the 100% cotton boxers, very breathable and lightweight.
