I would highly recommend Pride Hearing. I made an appointment for ear syringing as there was a six week wait at my GP.

Katie was very professional throughout my appointment, taking the time to ensure I was fully informed at each stage. She was attentive, patient and made me feel very comfortable. The facilities were excellent too. A really positive experience from start to finish.

I took my 80yr old mum who has struggled with her hearing for almost 2yrs and she was so looked after by Katie. She was so lovely & caring. My mum had an awful amount of wax in both her ears and she can now hear properly for the first time in ages, no more shouting to have a conversation.

My 21 year old son had a great experience at Pride Hearing this week for wax removal. Suzanne was professional and caring with some really useful information about how to care for his ears. He would definitely recommend and would book again..

Initially - just an observation-

Parking reserved for ‘patients’ I’d prefer it to say perhaps ‘clients’. Patients sounds like we are ill and we are not necessarily. 🤔

Put route in sat nav but that proved difficult as I got close by as there was no road sign. Clinic is sideways to the road so slightly tough to spot.

All that to one side- from entering the building to walking out. Laura? Receptionist very professional, friendly and helpful. Suzanne, the ear wax removal technician, was also superb. Very clear in her speech and what was expected of me IE where to sit- what was happening. Very knowledgable. The place btw appeared spotless and tidy. Well set out - except for being able to hear talking next door during hearing test which they are going to address. Suzanne mentioned that me hearing my heartbeat in the test could be that my BP is high, and possibly linked to my diabetes. She took a pic of both ears- (inside) … I didn’t need them irrigating, but she has written to my GP because my left ear feels odd and full. I’m detailing things to show how thorough she was. And knowledgeable. Reasonable price. Booked husband in.
No complaints whatsoever. Advised to use olive oil in my ears for any dryness. No cotton buds. A pleasurable experience made possible by two lovely young ladies. Would have no problem recommending this company.

Paige, the young lady that performed my hearing test was excellent, she explained the process in terms that I was easily able to understand.

I had a brilliant experience today at Pride Hearing! After visiting the doctors a few days ago, I was told I had wax blocking each ear. I had struggled for a week with hearing loss, pressure and pain so booked an appointment. It was great that they offered the service on a Sunday too. My appointment was with Paige who was very welcoming and explained everything clearly. The service was great and my ears are now completely clear, hearing has returned and all pain has gone! I'm really happy that I booked the appointment and would definitely recommend.

I've had to have my ears cleared at least once a year.
Without a doubt Pride Hearing is the best I've found.
I saw Katie who found out pretty quickly that my ear was not going to cooperate.
She said don't worry I'll clear it.
And she did.
And completely pain free.
This is def my go to place for my ears in the future

If you're thinking of having earwax removal look no further than Pride Hearing, a first class service from the second i walked through the door,having the procedure done was brilliant, the female (sorry forgot your name) that did the procedure couldn't do enough for me to ensure the experience was pleasurable, would definitely recommend to anyone that asked about earwax removal.

I’ve been pondering over getting my ears looked at for the longest time, but I came across Pride Hearing while on Facebook, so I put in an enquiry and heard back from them an hour later and got myself booked in with an appointment for the next day. I got there and was greeted by a beautiful woman called Suzanne, who was also doing my appointment. We had a few laughs about the weird and wonderful things about her job and then got into the appointment. Overall, I was very “disgustingly satisfied” as Suzanne had ordered another review. I would definitely recommend it to people. I’m very happy it’s close by too.

Needed an answer to a question before booking an appt. Used the contact us option. Had an immediate reply from who I now know was James (Co Director) - wasn’t expecting such a swift reply or from such a senior person. Question fully answered. Appt booked. Immediately rec’d a very professional & polite call from Danielle in preparation for the appt. Arrived for appt, welcomed by Danielle, super friendly and Pride Hearing’s centre is immaculately presented & clean. Great 1st impressions. Consultation & treatment superbly completed by Katie, also super friendly & professional. Katie & Danielle have fantastic personalities & sense of humour. Totally at ease & best of all, the treatment was quick, painless & works! Could not be happier, even the price! Will not be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you to you all. To be able to be looked after be someone who is good at there job in a time of need and determined to get the job done.
All I can do is sing Katie's praise it helps to have a good personality and open mindness which makes the experience alot easier.
They got me in at a time of need at short notice too.
My only moan is the website has the wrong opening hours so I didn't book sooner as I work and the website hours meant it was no good for me, what if this is turning more people away.

I came to Pride Hearing on a recommendation from two different people and I’m so glad I did.
The polite manner at reception to the amazing Katie who was so professional throughout my appointment, I cannot fault at all.
Katie instantly put me at ease, explained everything she was going to do, as well as showing me the before and after pictures of my wax removal.
Katie calmly completed a vacuum wax removal and never caused me any discomfort at all. Katie went through my aftercare and gave me very useful recommendations.
