Becky was lovely, explained everything she was doing and explained aftercare too, made me relaxed and comfortable all the way through..Highly recommend, my ears feel lovely clean and hearings a bit louder ha 10/10.

It was my first visit here and i can say what a nice place it is & i highly recommend it & will be telling friends & family. The staff are professional, friendly and welcoming Lisa put me at easy straight away. I cant thank Shamaal enough the way she explained the hearing test, results & how to use the hearing aids she went the extra mile to make sure i received my hearing aids asap as these were the first pair ive ever had. I took my Mom the day before to have both of her ears shringed & the equipment used was much better than what she was used to & she wasnt in any pain at all

Woke up with blocked ears, booked appointment on the same day, Becky was really friendly and helpful and sorted my ears in less than 30 minutes. Would highly recommend. Thanks

It's really easy to book an appointment online & good availability. Kerry removed wax from my ears and was friendly & efficient. Showing me before, during and after photos. This is my second visit & will definitely go back again, thank you.

Went in this week to have wax removed from my ears, as it’s no longer carried out at my doctors/clinic.

Found Pride to be very professional, the branch at Cannock has a private car park and was carried out quickly but carefully.

Went back today for free hearing test.

1st visit.Very professional set up,staff are so professional and friendly.I was looked after by Suzanne and the visiting Shannon.
Equipment is state of art,and process so easy.100% will return, It would be good if the price was £10 less in line with Specsavers but service is second to none,I must say.

I had a very fun experience with Suzanne Redfern, she removed alot of my ear wax and I can hear perfectly. I am very happy with the ear wax removal, I would definitely come back again!

It was a great experience having the hearing test done at home by a very professional audiologist. I was put at ease from the very first moment being treated with absolute respect I couldn’t speak highly enough of Zevile who took care of everything so easily and quickly. I will certainly be recommending Pride hearing to my friends or anyone who asks me about my new hearing aids

The test program was great and the aids arrived a week later then we’re set up by your representative who explained all the features and set up the app on my iPhone

The honesty and efficiency of the initial test and throughout the consultation was top class and kept me informed of what my problem was and remedies available to me.
Facilities were clean and most importantly for me the member of staff that I saw was extremely friendly and made the appointment relaxing.
I would have no hesitation in recommending others to use Pride Hearing if you have a problem.

Great customer service, the receptionist is very polite and the whole experience was very calm, had my ears checked and a hearing test. Definitely recommend.
