I have had fibromyalgia for years and have been able to manage it for a long time. But recently have had other health issues which has made it hard to manage. Lots of extra pain and more trouble sleeping. I thought I would give the grounding mat a go, I figure I spend the money on the mat or doctors bill and more medication.

Well I didnt expect that!!!
So I suffer from chronic pain and have done for 16years. My pain affects every moment of my day and night including my sleep (or lack of). After only two nights of sleeping in the grounding sheet, both hubby and myself were definitely sleeping better. We were more comfortable (not as much pain) . It’s been a three weeks now and I cannot believe the difference- I’m not sure how I’m ever going to sleep without it!!!! ”

I purchased the grounding mat initially to try out on my feet as they get a bit tired and sore after walking 18 holes of golf two or three days a week. Prior to buying the floor mat I would soak my feet in a foot soak solution with epsom salts and other ingredients which worked well but is a bit of work to prepare the soak.

I have found that the mat works well to help my feet recover from the big walks and I use it for 30 -60 minutes while sitting in front of the tv.

My husband has Parkinson's Disease and spends a lot of his day sitting in a chair, I gave him the grounding mat to try and he really likes it and says it does help his day to day discomfort with health issues. So I lost my grounding mat and decided to buy another one for my feet and I now have the cloth mat which is probably more versatile for me. If my back is a bit sore I will lay it down a cushion behind my back and it helps me to recover my discomfort while watching tv. It works well with my sore feet and I have decided to take it on holiday overseas soon to use with tired feet and maybe put under my sheet to help with sleep if I'm having trouble sleeping. It won't take up much space in my suitcase. I'm very happy with my purchases

This product is different from previous grounding sheets I’ve purchased. It has a heavier weight and lies flat - and unmoving under the fitted sheet. Excellent product.

This is my true genuine story! I've had a very sore neck, shoulder and upper arm for many months, which really impacted my sleep as the pain would wake me up several times in the night, and often drive me to sleep on the couch as the arm rest elevated my neck and should and relieved the pain a little, but that often also didn't work. No amount of panadol, voltaren, chiropractor visits etc worked either. Out of desperation I bought a grounding sheet from Premium Grounding. The service was super fast and the price very good too. On my first night I noticed the pain significantly reduced! AND I slept for 8 hours with a short interruption at about 2am. I woke feeling refreshed! WOW! I thought - then thought it must be all in my head. But the second night I had a similar but better experience - very little pain in my arm/shoulder (if any at all) and another great night's sleep - waking up feeling refreshed again - no drowsiness or brain fog.
