After being able to sleep in one slightly awkward position for the last few years due to inflammation, I noticed that I would kind of "melt" into the bedsheets and relax very quickly. After the first night, the majority of the inflammation had moved up into my neck/shoulders which then mostly dispersed during the day. After the third night, I was moving much more in my sleep as was more comfortable in other positions.

I had once been dreading going to sleep as I knew every morning I would wake up feeling untested but now I look forward to a better night's sleep after a long day.

Highly recommended to get the full size sheet from premium grounding unlike the narrow sheet that some companies sell. You can't put a price on good health.

I spent a few months researching different grounding solutions before purchasing this premium grounding sheet. Living in Canada, I've realized how important grounding products are, with the ground covered in snow for over half the year, our bodies have little opportunity to truly ground with the earth. The difference in sleep quality is noticeable, not to mention the reduction of pain & inflammation both my husband & I have experienced. The material is thick & feels so luxurious on our mattress - fitting over it well. “I bought two sets for Christmas presents, and both recipients had no Idea what they just received. My one friend suffered from traumatic Migraines, so she was down to try anything. The first night, she said she slept like a log, but wasn't sure if it was just a coincidence. But so did her husband. But after a few nights, she was pretty sure something was happening. On the third night, her dog snuck in the room and jumped up on the bed and went unnoticed until it was their bedtime. They said she was out like a light and refused to get off the bed when they tried to move her. She now sleeps with them every night. That totally convinced them it was real, and the Migraines have lessened dramatically .

Highly recommend as my sleep has been absolutely amazing. I purchased for inflammation and sleep and while I can't say much about inflammation (because I haven't taken much notice‚ I'm sleeping so well), I can confirm that the pain in my feet when I'd first get up each morning, no longer exists.

I cautiously purchased, with the hope that I'd feel just a fraction of how good I feel when out in nature.

I purchased a grounding sheet after a personal recommendation and was drawn in by the advertised 90-day risk-free trial. We trialled the product for a fortnight but had to stop using it due to lack of sleep. It disrupted our sleep and made us uncomfortably hot, and the refund process initially proved difficult and time-consuming. It took a number of emails back and forth before I felt compelled to write this review, as the return conditions and responses made it challenging to pursue a refund.

I’m sharing this so other consumers don’t give up if they believe they are entitled to a refund, even if initially discouraged from pursuing it. As consumers, we are entitled to fair processes, and these online businesses rely on us.

Update:
Following this review, the company owner, James, personally contacted me by phone. He explained that administration of the business had temporarily been handed over to a third party while he and his wife were having a child, and he was unaware of any complaints — including this one. He said this Trustpilot review is what brought the issue to his attention. Originally a 1 star review - I cannot give more stars than that because it should never have got to this level of hard for a refund despite sincered apologies.
James offered sincere apologies, arranged a full refund, and advised that changes will be made to improve how returns and complaints are handled going forward. I appreciate the personal follow-up and that the matter was resolved once it reached the owner directly.

Fantastic!! I cannot believe the difference it has made- I no longer have persistent hip pain that I was dealing with, or back stiffness. Grounding has made such a difference to my health, I have purchased grounding mats for family members and also pets. Just over 2 weeks using this sheet, initially, first morning after sleeping on it- less pain, more agility/mobility. Now, after about 2 weeks- my agility and mobility are even better, I feel more like a much younger than my 63 years! I have stopped using my pain medication as I no longer have the need for them, my sacro-iliac pain is not there (I am sure my issue is there, just not the pain) and my lateral cutaneous nerve issue isn't evident in pain, though I know the numbness issue is there. I have raved about it to anyone who will listen with friends suggesting I get a finders fee for the number of friends ordering themselves one! Lol

I know that this grounding sheet helps me. I know I have my back/nerve issues, over the year, I have had 2 significant injuries- I was accidentally "hip and shouldered" when I wasnt expecting it (body not in a defensive pose) and was in a whole heap of pain-went and got a massage after the incident, which helped a bit, but was really looking forward to going to bed, knowing the grounding sheet was going to help-it did, woke feeling much better. Recently, my lumbar region "popped" while attempting to assist in a lift- while I have used some anti-inflammatory meds, I am sure the sheet is also helping as my recovery is much better than expected.
People who know me, know that I tell the truth, I dont "talk something up" I speak honestly from personal experience, this has been one of the best things I have ever purchased. I bought my son one as well! I am always going to sing its praise, not grounding sheets in general, I always make it clear that I talk only about the benefits I get from the Premium Grounding Sheet. They ought to include a questionaire on purchase- how did you find out about us? Many buyers would probably answer:Terri, she never shuts up about the sheet! Lol

Just adding to the review my daughter has left. She kindly purchased us a sheet after seeing a turn around in her own pain levels and finally sleeping after two years of little sleep due to her Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome bought on by being injured at work. She hoped it might help her father after he suffered a massive stroke last year leading to a lot of nerve pain and discomfort on his affected side. She mentions this in her review. For me personally what I immediately noticed and didn't understand why until I watched the earthing movie was my brain was quieter and even though I woke the same amount at night I went straight back to sleep instead of tossing and turning. I believe after my husbands stroke which we didn't know if he was going to live and lead to a long hospital stay followed by many appointments and rehab, which months of chronic stress took its toll. After about 3 weeks I noticed the swelling of my knee was all but gone, some pain remains but I'm hopeful that will improve. It made a difference to our sleep from the 1st night and I rarely wake up in pain anymore, it is incomparable. I have had issues with inflammation forever and now things are improving and I have been able to have better balance with my weight and my overall health is better.

There are no straps to keep it fixed on the bed but that hasn't been an issue, we also love that it goes under our sheet. Very grateful and highly recommended.

the difference I've noticed is less restlessness when going to sleep (it still takes me a while but I'm not tossing and turning nearly as much) but I also do believe it has to be doing me good internally to have a break from all that excess electricity exposure we're continuously surrounded by so I'm happy with my purchase
