Good service...has been for years

Good service...has been for years.
Prices have gone up and once went to a lower priced offering but quality wasn't as good so returned to Premier.
Haven't used the new order yet but expect it will be of acceptable quality.
I need filters for a system that has been obsolete for maybe ten years so I appreciate having a good source for replacement filters.

Great service

The service was fast and direct. Had no problems with my shipment. The filter got on time in excellent shape. I definitely will use them again to order more filters.

i wanted to purchase a whole house…

i wanted to purchase a whole house replacement cartridge (AP810) and my mistake i ordered a AP110. I called to see if i could get this swapped out and was told that it would not pay to return the ap 110 so i end up with two cartridges that i cannot use for 30$. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Mistakes happen (we know this!) and my colleague Tony made every attempt to work things out with you. We want happy customers :)

Since you wanted the AP810 replacement filter, we said for you to just keep the AP110 filters (no use making the shipping companies any richer, right?), but you were unwilling to pay the price difference between the two products (you ordered a lesser priced item...the AP810 costs more) and the shipping to get the new product to you. I'm sure most folks would see that as fair.

It really upsets us when customers are unhappy, and the offer stands if you'd like to get the AP810 instead. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you change your mind.

Should be clear that it is not Everpure product

While Premiere Sales filters may in fact be good filters, it should be clearer on their web site that even when the filter is called "Everpure" it is not a filter made by "Everpure" but rather a supposedly-equivalent filter made by (or for) Premiere.

In the product description for the PSE-3500S you purchased from us it does say it is better preforming alternative to the Everpure original in the first line and many times throughout the description. The product photo has our Premiere Sales branding on the product too.
