Our system automatically sends two emails: an order confirmation, and a shipment confirmation including the UPS tracking number. I have verified that both these emails were sent to you – perhaps they ended up in your spam/junk folder?
After reviewing our records, Tony had multiple phone calls with you, and left multiple messages other times. When you emailed regarding the shipping date, within 90 minutes Tony provided it on 11/21.
I hope you can see that we do our very best to deliver great customer service and communication through every step of the process. As a small business, we really appreciate your order Larry, and this has been a good opportunity for us to review our practices to make sure everything works appropriately.

I have a unique situation in that I want to install under the sink water filtration for my RV where an RO System would create a lot of waste water that would fill up my grey tank.
I called and spoke with Tony! He walked me thru options that I didn’t even know about!
They are unbiased bc they sell all types of systems- but he asked me what my needs were and applied his knowledge and experience to help me select the best option for me! I ended up with a Membrane Filter- I hadn’t even ever heard of that type! And no water waste! And can even drink if there is a boil alert! AmAZing!
I also bought a water filter for outside at the water h/u before it gets to my RV.
Then he even said if I have trouble booking it all up to call back, and they’d be able to walk me thru!! This is a great company!
They actually care, sell a wide variety of GREAT QUALITY products, and stand by their products!! Thank you :)
