I’ve had a positive experience with my home insurance company overall. When I recently struggled financially and was low on funds, they were able to offer me a monthly payment plan, which I truly appreciated. This support made it easier for me to keep my home protected during a difficult period. A bit more flexibility or guidance for customers facing temporary hardship would make the service even stronger.

Do not use this company.
Three times the direct debit did not go though. Charged me £25 extra everytime. My bank had no notification of a direct debit. premfina/bewiser keeps saying its set up. It's a con,NEVER had problems with another car insurance before. I've cancelled.
