Interesting, fair prices, website says free delivery over £50. However T&C say different and my order incurred a long item charge. Didn't buy. Shame

Prompt and Professional
After talking through an order with Joseph, we discussed options, a quote was emailed through quickly with a payment link. Payment was made and the equipment was delivered within 24 hours.

Dreadful company. Avoid.
Started with a quote for to an offshore address. After paying in full I received an email saying it would be an extra £600 for delivery because of a mis calculation. An item was missing and another damaged. Was informed the damaged panel would not be replaced as we had not unpacked fully and reported within 24 hours of delivery. Definitely will not use again.

Hi Rita,
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We would, however, like to clarify a few points in your review.
The original delivery charge was unfortunately calculated incorrectly by our system. Once we identified the error, we contacted you immediately and explained that, due to the delivery being to the Isle of Lewis and involving oversized pallets, the actual carriage cost was significantly higher. At no point were you forced to pay the additional £600. You were given the option to proceed, confirmed that you were happy with the carriage cost, and paid the additional amount before we dispatched the order.
Regarding the missing item, this was unfortunately lost by DHL during transit. We apologise for this and did refund the missing item.
We do need to correct one factual point in this review. The damage was not reported within 24 hours of delivery; we were first notified 10 days after delivery. This is reflected in our correspondence and records. When the damage was reported, the panel also appeared to have suffered a localised impact, rather than the type of damage we would normally associate with pallet transportation.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but our decision was based on the timing and nature of the damage rather than simply refusing to help.
We’re disappointed that you feel you would not use us again, particularly as we did our best to address the issues with the order, including refunding the missing item. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and hope this response provides some additional context for other customers reading the review.
Many thanks,
Powerland

Excellent service and prices
Excellent service and prices. They even picked up on a mismatch with an item in my order that wouldn't be compatible with the rest of the items ordered and queried before processing, rather than just pushing through blindly. I'll certainly be using again :)
