All returns are FREE using either Royal Mail freepost system (or for larger items, a prepaid courier label)
You can return anything to us for any reason, even if you just didn't like it. Items can be opened but must be resalable.

Ordering online was straight forward at competitive price. Delivery date was delayed due to manufacturer delay but Customer Services were excellent with communicating by email, advising of delay and when delivery could be expected. Order was delivered as advised a few days late.

Needed new ceiling extractor as current one as starting to be too noisy after 10 years. Found the same model stocked by Power discount Ltd at slightly cheaper prIce than other stockists. Order processed smoothly and dispatched promptly. Arrived very quickly. Now all installed and nice and quiet again!

I can see that we met our agreed terms and packed and shipped your order by the 5th November with DPD however I can see there has been no update since with DPD which is very strange.

When I contacted the company to complain that my parcel had not arrived (fault of DHL) customer service was most apologetic and immediately assured me that a replacement would be sent. Received the package today, exactly what I wanted, good quality, easy to install. Excellent customer service.

Delivery was excellent however actual product was very poor. It was to replace an identical one 10 years plus old . It worked but the “bell ring “ compared to the original was very poor ??
