We use only the most reliable carriers for all other delivery areas. We recognise all of our customers are individual and the needs of an industrial and commercial contractor can differ greatly from the needs of a domestic installer. Above all, Power Discount strives to ensure competitive price offerings to our customers.

All returns are FREE using either Royal Mail freepost system (or for larger items, a prepaid courier label)
You can return anything to us for any reason, even if you just didn't like it. Items can be opened but must be resalable.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE. There was a slight delay as the items…
There was a slight delay as the items were out of stock, however I was contacted via email providing a clear explanation and apology together with an indication of when the delivery of the items could be anticipated.
The items were delivered within the timescale indicated.
The time of the delivery was clearly indicated within a 60 minute timeframe and again proved spot on.
