I ordered some ornaments for my team in early December. They charged me more than what the receipt said on my credit card. So I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The gifts were not delivered until mid January even though it said they would be there by Christmas, and two of the eight were broken. When I reached out to get it fixed, they kept offering me seven dollars total, even though I paid more for each one. I told them that was unsatisfactory and the response I continued to get which was clearly generated by some sort of AI or translation service said that that was the best they could do. It’s been two weeks and I still have not gotten the refund. The customer service has also stopped responding.

The site here says this is based in Phoenix, however, I’m in Phoenix and the tracking information that I received had the package starting out in China. We never order from this company again.

If I could put no stars I would. Do not buy the Elvis Sun Spinner. It is nothing like it's advertised. They also won't refund or admit the product looks nothing like what they advertise.

A joke company. Stalling, not answering questions— my purchase doesn’t even have a tracking number. Waste of $58. Do not order from this supposed company

I ordered the Halloween calendar in September. As if November 9 the Product has not been received. After a few email exchanges I realize I’ll never receive this product. Do not order from this company.

I ordered cooling blankets on 5/1/2025 and it been in the same place in tracking since 5/30/2025.
I've contacted Portrayi several times regarding my shipment asking them to return my money and they respond with they cannot do so because it's in route. Also saying that they'll expedite my order with no change. I am being lead along a path with no end. My order has not moved in 3 months.
I feel as though this company's standards regarding lost shipments are as low as it gets.
Do not order from this company.

This place is a joke! I ordered a product on June 13, 2025 and now it’s July 26th! I still have not received anything but support Portrayi Is telling it was delivered on July 9th!! And to check with neighbors and Post Office! The PO said there is no such number. And my neighbors don’t have it!! Beware don’t buy products from this company! It is not in the USA!

Do not order from this company under any circumstances. The order took for ever, they would never give me a return shipping address. They gave me a 14 day return policy. I sent back to the shipper and they said I used the wrong address. They never gave me the right one. They then offered me max of $20 on a $70.00 purchase. This has been going on for weeks. They are a scam and dishonest.

Buyer Beware of the company Portrayi. You cannot return your product unless you buy it from Amazon. They stall you in email exchanges. Then say Oh now it’s been over 14 days. I wasted 40 bucks! It says USA made. NOT TRUE. A lot of products made in China.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, im in NJ. When I tracked the shipment it was in Portugal!! I asked for the tracking # again, thinking I made a mistake. Portrai gave me an incomplete/incorrect tracking # so now I have no idea where it is. They used pony express for shipping.
