Bun barz don't work well if at all in fine hair they are way too heavy and feel like they are pulling your hair and are too long so if you have fine hair you can still see the bun barz through your hair as your hair does not cover it. Would not recommend for fine hair as just not suitable and over priced.

Doesn’t make your only tail look thicker
Arrived pretty quickly although I did have to pay customs charges.
I got the standard pony-o, plus the sparkly one and the bun one. They don’t make my pony tail look fuller, looks worse if anything. The bun one doesn’t work with my hair at all. The sparkly one looks ok on a low ponytail.
This is not going to help your fine hair look any better.

Missing product, resolved well
I haven't received product and had a response from customer service. Royal Mail have lost the parcel so I have been offered a refund or a replacement. Not able to try product yet but happy with customer service.

Amazing!!!
Amazing!!!! Have been losing my hair for years due to ill health, stopped tying my hair up as it looked so thin and lifeless. I can do a high ponytail now and it looks thick and fab, well worth the money!!

Doesn’t hold thick hair
I purchased 2 products recommended for my hair type. After following the instructions and testing in my hair I found the PonyO just didn’t work as it claimed to do. When I contacted customer service I was not offered a refund, and was asked to send pictures of me using the PonyO as I must be using it incorrectly. It was offensive as they are very simple instructions to follow. Still no refund weeks later.

I was disappointed with my Pony O
I was disappointed with my Pony O, it was difficult to bend and did not hold my hair in place well enough.
Not suitable for fine hair.

Don't expect that lovely high swishy…
Don't expect that lovely high swishy ponytail with this product, especially if you have thin hair. Tried i don't know how many times but it either falls down or sits weird and as you have to bend the sides in, my ponytail splits all over the show and just looks rubbish. I got the smaller one too. It's a bit of a faff to put in as well so ended up just scrapping and going back to a bobble. Had better results cutting up a pair of tights. Very disappointed.

Terrible product not easy to use…
Terrible product far easier to use a bobble £17 for 2 nearly three weeks to deliver for a a bit of thick rubber doesn't work well on all hair types and snags hair when taking it out, even using the videos online I still thing this is a terrible product not any easier to use

Too much hype
Sadly i do not rate my pony-o. I was so excited about using it as well. I put it in yesterday and my basic pony tail was by my neck at lunchtime.....very disappointing and way over priced for what it is.
