Ordered at 12pm on Friday and paid £8 for next-day delivery, but after 3 full working days the order still hadn’t even been dispatched.
I had to chase multiple times on email, instagram and phone calls. I eventually received a call back on Wednesday by a number provided in a email that took me to the fulfilment warehouse directly and was told my order wasn’t even on their system, meaning it hadn’t been passed on for dispatch at all so the delay was primarily with the company not a dispatch issue.
I was also told after the delay was due to “weekend orders”, despite ordering within working hours on Friday.
The delivery fee was refunded as a “goodwill gesture”, but the overall experience was frustrating and poorly handled.
Offering next-day delivery when orders aren’t even processed for several working days is misleading.

I ordered a hair product and wasn’t in when Royal Mail tried to deliver.
They returned it to the depot, and I now need to pick it up. The depot is only open when I’m at work, which means I’m unable to go.
For the privilege of having products I can’t pick up, luxurious look have charged me a’ £5.00 return fee’.
This is in addition to 3.99 I paid when ordering.
It doesn’t say anywhere in their web site, that you must be in to receive your goods.
I never would have order had I known.

I’ve emailed customer service but haven’t had a reply yet.
I absolutely want a refund or I’ll be taking you to trading standards for false advertising. Priority delivery clearly isn’t an option but you’re charging for it!

I made an order, paid £37.41 on 20th February. To date I have not received a confirmation email, a response to an email I sent or a response on their fb page. I'm sure there is some misunderstanding but I just wish someone from the company would make contact.

I would never buy from them again. I never received my order which was left on someone else’s doorstep and they are refusing to refund me saying Royal Mail delivered the item. The Royal Mail photo is very clearly not my doorstep. This is an illegal practice.

Excellent company .
I have recently purchased
2 x Aesop Resurrection Duet pkgs ….one for a house warming present a couple of weeks ago and one for an upcoming birthday present.
Ordering online was easy . I was kept fully up to date on process of each order , and delivery expectations which were completed as per advised . Deliveries were on time and made in a friendly manner. The product is beautiful as I have used it and can highly recommend.

Great Customer Service with great products. Nowadays, it's hard to find such good customer service. I received very prompt and helpful replies from my emails. The replies went into great detail and really helped me choose the right products for my hair. The products arrived quickly and without any problems. I will not be shopping anywhere else for my hair products other than Luxurious Look. Thank you for putting customers first!

Came across Luxurious Looks when I was looking for a company that stored multiple Milk_shake hair products instead of ordering from two or three companies. Pricing was excellent and had the items I wanted in stock so placed an order. Items were dispatched on Monday but come Wednesday the Royal Mail app still showed the status 'We're expecting it' which in my experience means the parcel is lost or stolen.
Reached out to Customer Service and dealt with Jo. She responded swiftly to my email, was understanding of my situation (I'm a swimmer and my hair is dry from chlorine damage) and she understood the need for the items urgently required. Jo replaced my order with express delivery for next day. Items arrived early evening and the products are amazing. I cannot thank Jo enough and she is a credit to the company.
I will be a returning customer. I am very happy.
