Don't bother buying anything from Polti as the within a period of 2 years they replaced 3 of the machines I purchased off them and the warranty ran out literally after the third machine decided to pac... Mehr ansehen

Our steam unit (which feeds a steam iron) failed. In spite of some difficulties with the courier's local depot (not Polti's fault) the unit arrived at the repair facility and was deemed unrepairable... Mehr ansehen

I have, twice in the recent past, had reason to contact the Polti customer service team. Experience in doing so with other companies always begins with a strong sense of foreboding. It, however, came as a very pleasant surprise in that on each occasion we made contact both my partner and I received timeous, courteous, and empathetic responses. I would purchase another “Polti” simply on the basis of the wonderful customer care on offer. If I could award 6* I would.

! had a problem with Polti Steam Cleaner purchased via Amazon.. I rang Polti direct at Salford ..got straight through to them!!!!!! Spoke to Dan.. he listened, understood me, identified the problem and sorted it out there and then. Service like it used to be!!! Thanks so much for wonderful Customer Service!!! Phil & Sue

I emailed to complain of a cracked water dispenser just 2/3 months after purchasing the steam cleaner. I received a reply within one hour to say a new unit would be sent out to me within a few days

I broke the wand of my steam cleaner being clumsy I contact customer support, phone was answered within a few rings by a lovely girl called Olivia, she asked me to email some details and within minutes she advised a replacement was on route at no cost, she was so helpful.
Full marks to Polti on this proper and personal customer service. Would highly recommend.

Problems with a Polti XT100C Iron, its stopped steaming, bit of a problem for a steam iron... Ten months old was first told by a fairly rude customer service person, that the tap water should be diluted even though the Polti web site states that the iron is designed for tap water. That said we were also using the kalstop to help with out Med/Hard water. Then because purchased through a 3rd party not interested... So for now 1 star, will see how long this review lasts as they seem to have a history of reporting bad reviews which I guess in itself should be a warning... There is no need for rude customer service in the same way as there's no place for abusive comments.. However if I can find someone a Polti UK who can help me resolve the issue quickly I will update this review...

To start with, the adaptor was missing from our Polti Vaporetto Handy 25-plus steam cleaner, so we couldn't use the small tools. I contacted Polti and the lady I spoke to wasn't very helpful and said I needed to give proof of registration, when she should have been able to access it herself. Anyway I did, but they couldn't find it. Eventually after many emails a chap named Dan took over, in no time at all he had found my registration, knew the part I needed and sent it out, I received it today - brilliant! I am just happy that Dan arrived on the case. I am very happy with the performance of the Polti, especially for cleaning the tiles behind my cooker. 5 stars for Dan and his customer service skills.

I loved everything about this vacuum, it has great suction. However, I had a two year warranty on it and just before the warranty expired, the floor cleaner stopped working. I sent it off, on return it worked for a few weeks but alas ceased working again. Although relatively inexpensive I would expect it to last longer than two years. Based on this I wouldn’t recommend Polti.
My Polti machine needed a repair. It was less than 24 hours from collection to return. Absolutely brilliant service. I dealt with Sonia at Polti who gave outstanding service. Thank you so much I'm delighted to have my machine back.
The promptness of how my problem was dealt with and Sonia was extremely helpful from beginning to the end of my enquiry.

I contacted Sonia at Polti U.K. regarding a damaged hose on my steam cleaner, with the excellent service provided by Sonia this issue has been resolved and a new hose has been issued to replace the damaged one. The customer service and products by Polti U.K. are excellent in my experience, I would highly recommend.
Bought a hover from ideal world it broke. Ideal world customer service is appauling and very unhelpful. Got in touch with polti who were amazing and helpful. Sent out a replacement part with no trouble x great customer service on phone and email x
Bought a steam generator about 4 years ago, it’s fantastic, also bought a sturdy ironing board again superb, recently purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner so far so good.
Polti is a brand you don’t always see in the uk, however my experience as been brilliant, it’s a shame some ratings seem low from others.
Just spoken to a woman on their customer service number . The rudest most useless person with absolutely no knowledge of the product , why are Polti employing people like this her garbled couldn’t care less attitude was unbelievable . I suggest someone in authority records these conversations to realise the damage this attitude causes your brand . I believed Polti was a reputable company . No way will I ever purchase any Polti products again . Why employ such a person so obviously in the wrong job . First time in my 78 years have I been so insulted by anyone , customer services is a joke . Shocking .
