I have been trying to contact customer services for 3 hours. Recorded message states lines open at 9am ...its now 12.15 pm still playing recorded message.

I regret to inform you that the Polti iron I purchased from eBay, which was advertised as "New other" but arrived scratched, dirty, and leaking, has caused significant dissatisfaction. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue with Dan from Polti, he remained indifferent and insisted on returning the product. My request for a replacement and a phone call to discuss a resolution was met with refusal. It is disheartening that a simple replacement could not be provided. I have exhausted all avenues to rectify this situation, and it is concerning that the company's listing was misleading. As a professional, I strongly advise against purchasing Polti products. Without customers, their business will cease to exist.

I have a Polti Forzaspira stick vacuum and can honestly say that it was one of the best purchases I have made. I struggled with my old upright due to arthritis and asthma so when I bought this it was a dream come true being able to continue doing my own vacuuming without too much of a problem. I have now had it approx 2 years and still love it. It is so easy to clean the filter and also empty it after every use. I think I may soon need a new battery because it now needs charging more often than it did but after 2 years use that isn't something to grumble about. I would certainly buy another one if it ever becomes necessary.

I have a liking for polti steam products and have used them for years. When my very old steamer gave up the ghost I bought a new different model from polti uk. The service and communications from a young lady called Charlotte when I had a small issue was beyond modern day expectations. I could not thank her enough but do know polti uk would not survive without her. So I give a full five star commendation to Charlotte and polti uk. Definitely on my recommendations list.

My Vaporetto leaked from new. I contacted Customer Relations and Charlotte sent me a new safety cap (arrived in 2 days) hoping that would solve the problem. It didn't so I sent photos & video of the leaks and Dan immediately came back to me offering to replace the machine which arrived in 3 days. Excellent, efficient service!

I needed to contact this company with an issue I had with my new steam cleaners cord holding hooks. Charlotte from customer service responded very quickly to my email with advice that resolved my issue. She also came back to me to ask if I wanted her to register it for me saving me a job.

Amazing service - my machine had been stored for a year and when I went to use it it didn't steam, contacted polti , brilliant service after a couple emails my machine was replaced under its warranty within days, would recommend to everyone thank you so much

I made an enquiry because my Vaporella Polti, bought last year, started to leak and it didn't work properly.
I received a prompt reply from Polti ( Ms Charlotte) and she solved the problem. She sent me a new product in three days and she was extremely kind. Excellent service with the costumer.

Absolute waste of money. None of the attachments dismantle, can't open it to empty it. And cannot unclip any of it to add other attachments. Its as if its completely locked. There is no way one person can undo them. I have also had 2 of my male friends trying to open it but to no avail. I sent it back to their Cs team in Manchester and they said it took 2 of them brute force to undo the cordless stick. Basically impossible. They returned it to me saying there was nothing wrong at all. I have since thrown it away as cs kept repeating back to me that there was no issue . Do not buy this rubbish. I was left feeling very angry and frustrated. Will NEVER EVER BUY A POLTI AGAIN. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

Purchased a product from them via Amazon.
Unfortunately one of the cleaning tools was missing when I opened the packaging.
I've been backwards and forwards between Amazon and Polti. To be fair to Amazon, they are unable to send the missing accessory. (They suggested returning the whole product which just didn't make sense just to provide one missing part).
Polti will not deal with the matter, they will not handle a simple replacement of one item. Not much to ask for you would think.
Very disappointing experience.

I had a Bosch steam generator for years; I felt that a Polti would speed up my ironing and give me a superior finish.
The first one stopped steaming and was returned to Polti for repair, several weeks later they sent me a refurbished steam MOP, not iron.
Eventually they sent a refurbished steam generator iron, but a different model.
It wasn't as good, but hey, it will do.
6 months later, it steams constantly when turned on, the cable is frayed and despite always using Kal-Stop, is spits out brown water....
Polti's response.... it is out of warranty, pay for the repair.
Essentially requiring 2 (+) repairs in less than 2 years, I won't bother paying for a repair, I will spend my money elsewhere.

Whilst Polti UK no longer hold stock of this item due to the age of the machine, the hose replacement could be compared to a human needing a hip replacement! Everything else in perfect working order. Charlotte sourced stock held elsewhere and the item is currently in transit. Thank you once again for an excellent service.

I bought a Polti Vaporetto steam cleaner at the end of October and the following day there was a new offer on the website. I contacted customer services on the off chance the order hadn’t already been dispatched and whether I could cancel and re-order at the new price. Charlotte handled my query and called me back promptly after discussing with her manager offering to ship the additional cloths and refunding the difference in price. Whilst the amount wasn’t significant I was impressed by the service and professionalism of Charlotte and the team. I have since used the steam cleaner to clear grout lines and was very impressed with the machine. The ability to refill water whilst the steamer is active is a benefit that shouldn’t be overlooked when purchasing a cleaner. Many competitive products need the device to cool for 20+ mins before refilling. I am confident based on my interactions so far that should an issue arise I will get sound support. Well done and keep up the good work!

Poor build quality.
The flexible hose on the head splits and a new head had to be bought. The flexible hose only lasted about 6 month on both heads.
The locking clamp on the bin is also too week. Mine has snapped off several times. I did buy a new bin but it did the same thing. I have had to glue the hook on several times. Even so when working it was a good hoover.
