The product was completely misrepresented.
1. Listed as a sweater but was actually a sweatshirt.
2. Colors shown bright red and green but actually was muted muddy colors.
3. Pattern shown as crisp but actually had bled into the surrounding material.
4. Ordered a 5xl but actually measured as a 3xl with a 5xl tag sewn in.

Guaranteed money back but actually when requesting my money back I was told that I had to mail it to China and the postage would be more than the price.

Would I like to order a free item and keep the junk I received? (WHY ??)

Fraud and scam company.
Cheats you after waiting a very long time for delivery.

Pluslx's Website has alot of very cool looking mostly mens styles! I bought a "Plush Santa Shirt" which looked like if Santa was a body builder and I thought that would be fun for an ugly Christmas Sweater Party! It finally showed up 2 weeks after my party and almost a month after I ordered it and all it was, was a velvet Santa shirt that wasn't even the picture I bought from!!!! They won't let me return it sayng they are in China and they said they can only return 30% of my money or I can BUY aother item with a discount!!! I have been asking for another item instead of the 30% refund but now it is MARCH 6 and nothing!!!

Same story. Received cheap Chinese crap. They offered a discount and will not honor thier return policy. Tried honey, tried vinegar they refuse to honor thier word.

After purchasing I was given no information on delivery time or when I could receive information about a delivery time. The web cite was easy to use and finding a size I needed using the size chart was a big help. The pictures of each item was clear! If this item comes through we will leave another product review.

Stay away. The items looked awesome on the website. They were a 3 dimensional ugly Christmas sweater and pants. I should have known right away it was going to be a bad experience as they never emailed me a receipt. I finally knew the transaction went through when it hit PayPal. No tracking either. When it finally showed up, I had to laugh. It was a sweater with a picture of a 3 D sweater on it. The "matching" pants were also not 3 D as advertised. Really cheap material as well. After about a month of trying to return them, they finally said they could offer me a 10% discount coupon on a future order! LOL...

Just stay away! Don't be fooled by the images on the website.

My story is same as others, bought a shirt that was terrible quality both material and printing. Website says speedy return...they do not honor any returns. They try to give you 30% coupon for next order, say they have to wait to hear from Relevant Authority, there is none, just keep going back and forth. Initiated refund on October 23, 2025, dozens of emails and January 27, 2026 still giving me run around.

Completely unethical scam. The item received was unlike what was advertised in terms of material or quality. It was outright a scam. I wrote them to ask for a refund and they said be patient and then never wrote back. I wrote back again and now nothing. I am mad at myself I did not look at the reviews.

Horrible quality and not what you expect. There is no muscle on their muscle shirt.

Misleading Advertising. I have received the items, and I am extremely disappointed as they do not match the description or the quality advertised on their website and promotional materials. Both the Viking Celtic Knot Pattern Art Cozy Knit Sweatpants and the Viking Celtic Art Cozy Fur Collar Knit Hooded Sweater were sold as "Knit" (punto) garments.

However, the products I received are made of a poor-quality synthetic material (nylon/polyester style), with no knitted texture whatsoever. I complained via email, but they kept stalling me so that the 30-day window to open a PayPal dispute would expire. Be careful

The reviews on their site are bogus. They do not make sense. The shirt I received was supposed to be a cotton t-shirt. It was not cotton. I don't know what it was. The printed words on the shirt were pixelated. It was horrible. I waited to post a review until I heard back from my request to return it. They said that due to the cost to return to China, I can "keep" the product and they offer a 10% off on the next order.

This company is fraudulent! What I ordered and what I received were completely different! Ordered high end clothing and got cheap junk! Customer service gives you run around even with photos of what you receive looking like nothing you ordered

I was looking for an eclectic shawl collar cardigan... Pluslx had exactly what I was looking for, and in the right size. I haven't received it yet, so we'll see. I hope (based on reviews) I won't be disappointed.

I would give zero stars if I could. This site is a SCAM!! I wish I did my research before ordering. What they advertised is not what I got and they will not refund my money. They offered my 10% off my next purchase and then 20% off. Like I would ever buy from them again. It’s cheap quality but high prices. And they want ME to pay to ship it back without a full refund!!! I think they are just waiting out the 30Days they give you to return an item! Horrible customer service.

Horrible shipping, sent the wrong item. Instead of it being an actual sweater, it was like a copy of the sweater pressed onto a cheap sweatshirt. This purchase cost $50. I emailed for help so many times, they are not to be trusted, do not buy from this seller!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company. The quality is poor and the company is unreliable. I purchased two 2XL shirts from them. I received on with the correct size, but the other one was a small even though the tag said 2XL. I tried to return it or even get a refund and the company only offered me a 30% discount on my next order. This is unacceptable. Why would I purchase from them again? We went back and forth with email to no resolution. I finally put in a complaint to my credit card company. Hopefully they can handle it for me.

Since I can’t give negative stars I will give 1. So many issues with this site . First the item I ordered was a Men's Vintage Forest Inspired Cozy Chunky Cardigan. The item I received was a knitted image printed on a polyester blend cheap sweatshirt. I wouldn’t even donate this . It’s an embarrassment. Second when I asked for a refund I was given the option of a site discount . This went on for a month . After that they stopped responding. Do not buy from this site . It’s a scam .

If I could give no stars I would, but since I cant they get a 1. I ordered a knitted sweater that had Viking knots in it. I ordered two, one in grey and one in blue. When I received the products, neither was a knit sweater, both were nylon hoodie sweatshirts with the knots being imaged onto the sweatshirts. Mine also fit tight and I even ordered a 5XL. What I ordered and what I received were not the same, and had the product been advertised for what I got, I would never have ordered them.
