Came to put new shower unit in looks very nice. Young man very good and help full, not used it yet looking forward it.

Andy was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though the issue could not be fixed on the day he has made sure we are not going to be left without hot water or heating and has given guidance on how to do this. He has made us feel at ease and has reassured us well.

Bradley arrived promptly and diagnosed our boiler water leak
He then ordered the parts and arranged to return early the next day to finish the repair

The engineer Josh was very polite and did an exceptional job on our gas fire as it was very old we had it capped so it's safe and we won't use it ,he certainly did a good job.

I contacted Plumbing Force as I needed a gas safety certificate as well as boiler commissioning. They were prompt to respond and the engineer done a great job, quick and professional. Highly recommend their service!

Had a quick response after initial request for assistance with leaking boiler. Staff helpful and an engineer was arranged to call. Had a phone call that he was 45 unites away. Engineer arrived after 30 minutes, assessed problem and once part had been sources a future appointment was made to fit. All the time the service was very professional and polite explaining to my understanding.

Investigated thoroughly the fault of our Vailant heater not starting, was well presented and showed confidence.

The plumber was punctual, skilled and very respectful and polite. She was careful not to leave any mess and got the job done.

More than happy with plumbing force. The company was highly responsive and Ashley (gas engineer) was very pleasant and demonstrated great competency in installing our gas hob.

Rated 4 due to lateness for the second time but I was informed in plenty of time today. Zafran was pleasant and polite throughout his visit. He explained what he was doing and tried his best to resolve the problem which he did initially but unfortunately the same problem started again a few hours later. Time for a new boiler I think 😩

Clear communication from booking to engineer arriving. Assessed the problem quickly and got the parts, fix was quick and the engineered explained everything which was being done as it was being done. Resolved the problem quickly and was very empathetic to the situation throughout.
