A great company to deal with, great communication, kept me informed with emails and texts when the plumber Curtis would arrive. Curtis was knowledgeable and did a neat job even though it was in a complex position. I would definitely recommend the Plumbing Doctors

Had Waseem and Curtis replace a bath tub for me as my old one had cracked, sent Waseem the photos on WhatsApp and he was able to provide me with a quote. I was happy with the quote and proceeded to book him in the following week. I provided the bath and he advised me during the day of what parts I needed which was very helpful. They arrived promptly around 9am and worked throughout the day to complete job, kept me well informed during the day and tidied up when they left. Nice and relaxed to talked to and kept me feeling comfortable about what they were doing, they only had to knock out two tiles which was even better for me as I anticipated more to come off. Bath was fitted nicely with a good wooden structure to support along with the legs. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

We recently had Waseem and Curtis install a new boiler at my parents’ house, and the service was excellent from start to finish.

They were kind, calm, and professional throughout the job. They even helped move furniture where needed to access parts of the heating system, and treated the property with great respect. Everything was left clean and tidy once the work was done.

Needed a leaking toilet fixed for my elderly neighbour. Got an appt v quickly compared to other firms I’d rung. Small miscommunication from them on the arrival time but that was soon resolved. Job was completed on the day & leak issue fully resolved. Bit of glue that was spilled to clean away on the flooring I’ve noticed but overall a good job.

Had a leak under our shower. Rang up plumbing doctors and they came round diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 4 hours of my initial call. Curtis was a nice lad and very helpful.

Had a Combi boiler installed today and couldn’t be happier with the job. The team did an excellent job—professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They also completed a smaller job for me a few days ago with the same high standard of work. Everything was left tidy, and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend!

Had a leak with the bath/shower wastepipe with water coming through the ceiling to the room below. My usual contractor was unavailable. So searched online and came across the Plumbing doctors.

They (Curtis) came within 24 hours and fixed my leak in just over an hour! Very reasonably priced, polite, neat and tidy. A Coventry based firm, started in 2012. The 5 star reviews on Trustpilot helped me to decide.

Good communications using mobile and text. Text to advise when plumber to arrive, and ability to track the van on it's way to you. All helps to reduce the uncertainty as to when your plumber will arrive.

I was quite impressed, I'd definitely use them again, and I'd certainly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with the Heating and Plumbing Doctors. After diagnosing a fault with my boiler, they managed to replace it within just two days. The whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish.

Great work from Curtis and Waseem to replace a radiator and service my boiler. Received a quote before the job so no surprises and very fairly priced. Excellent communication,with a text letting me know that they were on their way and what time they would arrive. Very clean and friendly, will definitely be using them for servicing again, and to get the remaining radiators changed. Excellent company that I highly recommend
