Some lounges better than others. London Heathrow lounges desperately need renovation. Edinburgh lounge is fairly new and looks nice but getting access via Priority Pass is very difficult. Reserva... Mehr ansehen

⭐️⭐️ Very disappointing
⭐️⭐️ Very disappointing, not worthy of a premium lounge
Exceptional service at Plaza Premium Lounge – Dubai International Airport. sincere thanks to Pravishthah
My sincere thanks to Pravishthah, Lounge Supervisor, whose commitment to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable. She consistently checked on guests, anticipated their needs, and even arranged an item that was not available on the buffet to ensure I was completely satisfied.
This level of genuine care, initiative, and attention to detail reflects a strong culture of quality and service excellence. Employees like Pravishthah make all the difference and create memorable experiences for travelers.
Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. I look forward to visiting again.
Very poor
Very poor.
Food poor quality and inadequate and little choice.
Didnt think it was worth the money.
Other cheaper venues in the area would have been a much better option.
Obstinate and uncooperative
Obstinate and uncooperative. It's dirty inside, the reception staff are unhelpful, every second customer has an argument because of their arbitrary rules and nonsense support.
Each time I promise never to return. It's the worst of our society.

An absolute RIP-OFF!
An absolute RIP-OFF! Do not waste your money pre-booking and then not being able to use the lounge due to Vancouver CBP time restrictions, or being able to easily cancel the reservations or speak with someone in customer service. They wouldn't provide any type of refund due to their 6 hour window, which is way too short to be of any benefit. Perhaps a class-action suit is in order for other folks that may have had a similar experience?
Recently paid for LHR T5 Plaza Lounge…
Recently paid for LHR T5 Plaza Lounge and quite honestly I would not pay for this lounge. Staff unfriendly, overcrowded, poor selection of drinks and very poor selection of food. Better service, space and staff downstairs in Weatherspoons. Will not waste my money on this lounge again.
I would give less then 1 star
I would give less then 1 star. It is awful. It is dirty and crampt. Staff are rude. You are much better off just staying in the duty free area.
Poor
Worst lounge ever. I have never tasted food so bad. Dont go’ there
1 Star Lounge
This lounge is very poor, food cold, free drinks are very limited, range of food very poor, for £100 totally a rip of, if you are booking this don’t
A very limited choice of alcoholic…
A very limited choice of alcoholic drinks included in the package - not very 'premium' tbh!! Had to pay for my preferred tipple and even then I'm not sure the contents actually matched the what was on the label.
The choice of food is poor in comparison with other lounges,v it was lukewarm and swimming in grease.
Overall, a pretty disappointing experience and quite memorable for the wrong reasons. Only wish I had read the previous reviews first!
I have recently been to the a plaza…
I have recently been to the a plaza premium lounges at Gatwick and most recently Heathrow both in the last 3 months. Both were over subscribed so struggled to find seats, the beer is a no brand, food so basic poor quality and vegan. I will be using airport eateries from now on as it’s better and cheaper.
Over crowded
Over crowded , seats we were given had very small drinks table so had to have eat food on our laps .
Food extremely basic , poor choice , bread rolls very dry .
Some staff were friendly , some not
The absolute worst lounge I’ve ever…
The absolute worst lounge I’ve ever visited. Sausages tasted like they were from a cheap supermarket cafe, bacon dry, scrambled egg disgusting with a weird taste to it. Almost no vegetarian breakfast options. No pastry.
Chaotic, Unsafe and Completely Lacking in Basic Care for Passengers
I am writing this review not out of anger, but out of responsibility. People pay for airport lounges for peace, comfort, and a reduction in stress, especially when travelling with families. Based on my experience, I strongly believe that families should think very carefully before wasting their money on Plaza Premium at Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
I have been travelling in and out of Turkey for over 30 years and have used lounges across Istanbul, Turkey, Europe, and many other parts of the world. I am a frequent flyer and a regular user of Plaza Premium and other lounge networks. What I experienced at the Plaza Premium Bosphorus Lounge was, without question, one of the worst lounge experiences I have ever had.
Before even entering the lounge, there was something I had never seen here before: a long queue outside. I waited approximately 10–15 minutes just to be seen at the desk. This immediately raised concerns, as there were clearly not enough staff at reception to manage the number of passengers being admitted.
Once inside, the situation became far worse. The lounge was so overcrowded that there was no seating available at all. Not only could I not sit down, there was barely enough room to stand. The environment was chaotic and claustrophobic, comparable to being on a London Underground train during rush hour in central London. This is the exact opposite of what anyone expects when paying for lounge access.
People were standing throughout the lounge, including in circulation areas, and in my opinion potentially blocking fire exits. I am not stating this as a formal claim, but as an experienced traveller, it was deeply concerning. The level of overcrowding felt unsafe. The toilets were completely inadequate for the number of people inside, with queues of around 10 minutes forming. For families with young children, this was clearly distressing and impractical.
Food was largely depleted, with little to nothing available to eat, and there was no visible or timely replenishment. Drink options were extremely limited. Despite all of this, more passengers continued to be admitted into the lounge. This made it very clear that access was being oversold relative to the size and capacity of the space.
At one point, the only place I could find to sit was on a plant pot. That is not an exaggeration. I was sitting on the edge of a plant pot because there was literally nowhere else. I documented this in a previous review because it perfectly illustrates how unacceptable the situation was.
After approximately 15 minutes, I left the Bosphorus Lounge and attempted to use the other lounge in the terminal, only to find that it was even more crowded. At that point, I left altogether.
For families, I want to be especially clear: this is not a suitable environment. There is no calm, no space to sit together, no easy access to toilets, and no sense of control. Travelling with children is stressful enough without being placed into a packed, chaotic space where basic needs cannot be met. As a frequent traveller, my honest advice to families is this: it is far better to buy a small amount of food and go one floor down, where there are seating areas and spaces that are noticeably less chaotic than the departures level, which becomes extremely congested.
What has been just as disappointing as the lounge itself is the response from Plaza Premium afterwards. I contacted them by email to explain the situation and requested either a refund or a credit for future use, purely because I could not sit and could not meaningfully eat. The response showed no empathy, no understanding, and no goodwill whatsoever. There was no refund, no voucher, and no genuine acknowledgement of the problem. It was very clear that they simply do not care.
After more than 30 years of travelling to Turkey, a country known for its warmth, hospitality, and professionalism, I find it particularly disappointing that this lounge appears to be run as a purely transactional business, with profit taking priority over passenger comfort, safety, or dignity.
I will never recommend Plaza Premium at Sabiha Gökçen again. They have lost a customer, although based on the response I received, that clearly does not matter to them. In truth, the quality of this lounge was never especially high compared with many others I have used worldwide, but it was convenient due to its location. Convenience, however, does not justify chaos, overcrowding, or a complete lack of care.
People go to lounges for peace and quiet, to decompress, to take the stress out of travel. This lounge delivered the opposite. Families, in particular, deserve better than this.
At first they refused to give me access…
At first they refused to give me access to the lounge I paid for because it was 'full'. then after I went in I realized it was the dirtiest, grossest lounge I've ever seen. Do not come here. Broken tables, dirty dishes everywhere, dirty coffee counter, out f service coffee machine, dilapidated bathrooms. I contacted Premium group for a refund, they approved a refund and made me contact Dragonpass to get it, Dragonpass made me contact trip.com Trip refused to give me a refund because they have a two week complaint policy. The issue being it took many weeks for Plaza group to answer my case to start with. I received zero assistance, zero refund and had my time wasted.
plaza premium lounge Dubai
plaza premium lounge Dubai, Even though it is located in Terminal 3, where our connecting flight was located it took about 40 mins to get to the lounge. Was difficult to find a chair to sit and the choice of seating where not that comfortable and the lounge was not quiet. The food choices were limited. You are actually better off sitting in the main concourse as a lot of seats are reclined. Waste of £40.
Appalling Experience – Unhygienic and Mismanaged Lounge
My party and I visited the Plaza Premium Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5 on 16 October 2025, and the experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Having paid to enter the lounge, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-managed environment. Unfortunately, what I encountered was the complete opposite.
Upon arrival, there were no available seats, and many tables were left dirty and uncleared. The lounge felt chaotic and poorly maintained. The food area was messy, with unappetising presentation and little attention to hygiene.
The most disturbing part of the visit was witnessing a mouse running across the floor in the reserved area. This is a serious health and safety concern that should never occur in a so-called “premium” facility.
When I reported the issue to staff, the staff member seemed unbothered; I was told a manager would come to speak with me, no one ever did. The complete lack of accountability and customer service only added to an already unpleasant experience.
For a lounge that markets itself as a premium, relaxing space, the conditions were utterly unacceptable. I have requested a full refund and expect Plaza Premium Lounge management to take immediate action to address hygiene and pest control.
I would strongly advise travellers to avoid this lounge until significant improvements are made to cleanliness, customer service, and overall management.
I've submitted an official complaint and now await a response.
Appalling lounge
Terminal 5 Heathrow. Appalling lounge! Over crowded with queues of people trying to get in. Once inside had no place to sit. Should you get to sit, the food was horrible, pet food is probably better. Really a waste of time and money - go spend half the money in another eatery with plenty of space and choice of quality food.
