I bought the products for my partner…
I bought the products for my partner and she said the quality was very good compared to what she bought from other overseas suppliers, and delivery was very quick and the packaging was really very discreet.

You are right we don't sell poppers because it is against the law. I'm sorry this annoys you, make sure to talk to politicians who come to your door next time to change it. I'm sure there are other less reputable places you can purchase poppers but again we do not sell poppers.

Been to the store on several occasions…
Been to the store on several occasions and the staff I've met were fantastic, friendly and very helpful.but I popped in today and the lady working there didn't appear to be anything like the other staff I've encountered in the past! made me feel very unwelcome, passive aggressive demeanour and couldn't wait to get me out of the store, not a nice experience at all.

We haven't hired anyone new in a long time so not sure. Which store did you visit? We train our staff and we have great staff in my opinion. I'd love to know about your in-store experience as we have usually only had positive reviews
Thanks
Rob

Great variety of products and good…
Great variety of products and good value, very friendly staff. In Cork Store yesterday, lady was very friendly and helpful although I was hoping the other lady would be on as she is so funny and always smiling and knows her products. Her personal recommendations keep me and my wife going in. It’s great knowing the staff buys and tries products in order to give advice

Asked me to show her what was in my bags.
My friend and I went in, only two customers in the Cork store. I went to pay for my items and the woman serving me asked me to show her what was in my bags (my tiny Boots bag and my tote bag). I honestly thought it was a joke at first but she was very rude, asked me if I was going to show her or not. I did, I’ve never been in that situation before. She never apologised after she saw I DIDN’T steal anything. Even without her nearly accusing me of stealing, her customer service was terrible. I’ve never been more humiliated before.

Hi We have spoken to our staff member about the incident in store in Cork from her point of view. I sorry you feel you had a bad experience in our Cork store which is something we take very seriously and strive to do better every day. We understand we are never going to get everything right all the time and all we can continue to do is our best. I hope you will return and give us another chance to impress. Thanks Rob
