No notification of out of stock items
Unfortunately the website did not notify that the item I ordered was out of stock. I waited for the next day delivery to arrive and was disappointed at having to chase when nothing was received. From then on the customer service was excellent. The delivery charge was refunded and the items sent out to me as soon as they were in stock. Will definitely use Plastic-ID.com again.
