No voucher received.
Received an email asking for a review before receiving the voucher, therefore I can only give the lowest mark possible. The page says voucher arrives instantly, the confirmation email says within the hour. It's 36 hours on and nothing received, making me unable to attend the plans this weekend. Disappointed.
Edit - To your response:
The issue has not been resolved. The only thing I've heard about it is the email to notify me of your review response, which is incorrect. You have my email, please send the vouchers or make them available to download in my account.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company. Have just booked my second big Christmas outing/Father Christmas visit and saved over £100 each time. Very easy to use the vouchers. I have also used day tickets/ family passes and saved a lot as well. Would recommend to everyone. Very happy.

Day out at Banham Zoo
Had a lovely day at Banham Zoo with our grandchildren but the planet offers wouldn’t except my code which I tried to put in 6 times but luckily the lady at reception put my details in & code & it accepted it & just had 2 pay an additional £1.00

This app has been amazing.
This app has been amazing. It has saved my daughter and i a fortune over the summer holidays.i had 5 of my grandchildren visiting so any savings were greatly appreciated. We have saved around £100 which has also meant we were able to visit and do so many more things. The app is easy to use and I would highly recommend.
