I recently purchased vouchers for last…
I recently purchased vouchers for last drop village bolton and when tried to book a Saturday I was advised there was no availability so after checking availability on their website and booking.com for the dates I had requested and they both showed availability, I questioned planet offers and they checked it and came back to say the last drop village who said they only allocate 2 reservations per day for the vouchers. I bought the vouchers in good faith and just want yo bring my disappointment to people's attention that if it seems too good a deal it probably is. Better to have a link to the venue with a calender so you can click on the dates you want to book then if they dates are available you then book at the voucher price. This is an option on other sites like groupon for pine lakes and its a simple solution to avoid people's dissapointment
Still waiting for a resolution as I shouldn't need to result into posting this on here to get an answer to what you can offer to sort this .maybe you could give me the Saturday and Sunday the 19th/20th a stay nearby like Chester or somewhere in the northwest for the time spent having to chase this and the disappointment. I look forward to a resolution or just give me refund for my 2 vouchers bought.
