Kirsten was extremely helpful and patient. She gave great advice and explained anything that I was unsure about in great detail. I have been with Pattison James for 5 years now, and I’m extremely pleased with the service I have received and continued dedication to looking after their clients:-)

David Gee telephoned us to do our first ever will, he explained everything in detail with us, there was no rush with the questions & he wasn’t pushy trying to sell us extra services. If anyone will be using this service I highly recommend David.

Gary has been excellent throughout the process of updating our Wills and putting the appropriate trust arrangements in place.

He took the time to explain what can be quite a complicated area in a clear and straightforward way, particularly around the Discretionary Trust, Interest in Possession Trust and inheritance tax considerations. We had quite a few detailed questions along the way and Gary was always patient, responsive and happy to explain the reasoning behind the recommendations.

We never felt rushed or pressured, and importantly we felt comfortable challenging and clarifying things until we fully understood the structure being proposed.

The wider Pattison James team have also been responsive and helpful throughout the drafting process.

Very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Gary and Pattison James Associates.
