Pizza Nova Bewertungen 

So I just went to grab a slice. $4.50 per slice as advertised on the window. With a picture of all the slices.
I order the Canadian, and I get charged 5.25. 5.90 with tax. So I asked what happened to the $4.50.
He answered that it's just the subtotal. and only pepperoni is $4.50.
I just have time to argue with stupid today
They will rip you off.

Had one of the worst pizzas ever from the Martingrove and Burnhamthorpe location. Unlike previous purchases which were fresh made, this one was obviously a premade reheated pizza with some of our ingredients added. Crust was way overdone and not handmade. Avoid this location. How else can a 20 to 25 minute time for pickup be only 10 minutes? And regular employees were not there.
Probably never buy again this crap.

Store at Queen E and Coxwell ,Toronto.
Crust was uncooked. We could taste and feel the dough.Their Pepperoni is not like any pepperoni we have ever had.

I ordered 2 medium pizza and 10 pieces wings at innisfill, but I got 2 pizza only without wings!!! Also the pizzas were absolutely disgusting!

I can still taste the burned crust. Fast service. Great delivery person. Definitely will not be ordering from there again though.

Deal with Pizza Nova all the time. Forsure the best pizza in Toronto.

We ordered 2 pizza one 3 meat it was burned. Second pizza mushroom pepperoni and cheese that one was raw . Was our first time and our last. Called and complain the person at the other end said nothing she can do.

Was greeted right away, and a great selection of slices given the time of visit 8pm at night on a Thursday. Super nice staff, young gentleman provided great service and food was amazing. Super impressed. Well done!

Good Pizza at good prices. I do find the generosity of the toppings vary from location to location and from order to order....but overall, always a good experience.

I picked up a barese pizza , it was delicious , the best I ever had in a long time , I also had some spicy olives , Please Please take them off your menu not spicy only salty , salty and salty , please get them off your menu

I just received my order I have never been more impressed with the food.This is the best pizza I have had.I order pizza from other Pizza chains on a regular basis.Pizza Nova is by far the best...topping all other pizza places ..Thank You I really enjoyed my dinner!

Orderd two barbecue chicken dinners...was so late, cold and salty. NEVER AGAIN!!!

paid for extra cheese and onions on pizza among other toppings.
there were no onions and no discernible extra cheese.

Ordered medium size with double cheese & pepperoni. Sent double cheese with mushrooms. Allergies to mushrooms, but they could only give 😪 credit for $ 7.00. What's with these people 😕 pizza nova

Wow, I placed an order and two hours later, still no pizza. I attempted to call the store but instead got their corporate line. All they could tell me was that the pizza was out for delivery. When I asked what time the pizza left the store, I was told that it left about an hour ago. I love cold pizza that I just paid for. The fact that I can't contact the store directly means they are not accountable to their customers. I thought I was supporting a locally owned company - WRONG! Just another corporate rip-off. I'll never buy from these incompetents again. It's pizza delivery, not rocket science.

I pre-ordered 2 medium pizzas for a specific delivery time but it was still over an hour late. I called customer service for an update, and they ended up offering my pizzas for free.

Thank goodness I didn't have to pay for my order because it was inedible and not worth the $32.
* Half the pizzas were burnt to a crisp
* Crust was paper thin with burnt bottoms
* Veggie toppings were scarce, literally 1 broccoli floret (also burnt to a crisp) spread over the entire pizza. There was a cm size pineapple per slice!

I have ordered from them before and was mostly satisfied. Being late, that happens but I was shocked that they allowed these pizzas off the premises for delivery.

Aside, customer service (head office) was amazing, friendly and was very sympathetic (they get 5+ stars).

Ordered my usual panzo lunch at the Newmarket location last Friday. 2 panzos same ingredients. They were almost burnt and so greasy I had to wrap them in paper towel to dry off the grease.
I love your products and I shop at Mimi foods also but this order was terrible.
I will not be returning to this store.

The delivery driver never follows instructions and leaves your pizza at whatever door they feel like. Even the neighbour's. Then when you call, they keep telling you it is on route so you don't look at the neighbour's, where you don't look cause they told you it's not there. By the time you find it, it's stone cold.
