We called ‘Appliance Kings’ having read about different sites, and what was included in call-out charges. They were clearly stated and adhered to. We have an 18 year old washer/dryer and when it failed to drain, but still spun, we hoped the machine could be salvaged. We had an unbelievably quick, same afternoon visit in Welwyn Garden City. He spent an hour or two checking out the pump, pipes and all possibilities, running the first of the strong descalers through himself. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. We could not have asked for a better service, and our old machine will run for a while longer.
