Had a great experience with Charlie / Pioneer, looked at a car on Wednesday and then picked up on Saturday. All the finance got sorted very quickly. Would use again.

I had a fantastic experience with Charlie. He helped me from start to finish and I couldn’t fault him. I would highly recommend both Pioneer and Charlie to anyone.

From the second I enquired with Tom regarding finance, he was super helpful and friendly.
He was referred to me by a friend and I'm glad he was. During the hunt for 'the one' he would send me leads and options he had seen become available - which was very helpful and showed he was taking me seriously. (I had experienced some companies not quite taking me seriously with the search...)
Anyway, he walked me through the docs and explained anything I had questions about, he was incredibly supportive & patient with me (I was rather nervous!) through the process and kept me updated on everything too.
I must also mention Chloe helping me with some silly questions re: paperwork - she was ace too!
I would highly recommend Pioneer as they have been nothing but amazing! Will defo refer and use again.

Tom was extremely helpful from start to finish in buying my Toyota Supra. When I was looking for a car, he would give me finance quotes on any example I sent him. Once I found the right car, he quickly sorted the finance and allowed me to pick the car up by the end of the week. I’ll definitely be using Pioneer again for future car purchases.

I have used Tom at Pioneer for two of my cars over the last few years. Both were slightly more complicated as they involved refinancing (Audi A5 and BMW M440i both from main dealer). Without fault, he managed the whole process on both cars, keeping me up to date via email / WhatsApp throughout. He was always available for quick questions and went out of his way to minimise the effort needed on my side. I will be using Pioneer for my next car and I’m sure the ones after that as well. Excellent service and great guy.

This was my second time using Pioneer, and their service both times was outstanding. Seamless from start to finish, excellent communication and turnaround time. Wouldn't bother with any other broker.

Tom and the Team secured me a R8 and. GLC Coupe the turnaround and attention to detail is second to none. My old broker seems to have forgotten what personal service is and this is what pioneer excels at! There isn't another broker to use in my opinion.
