I just wanted to say sorry for the time its taken to write this. A massive thank you to Jack Williamson for the help with outstanding communication the whole way through this journey ( weekend contact also ) and to Chloe Baker for the help in the finance. Jordan and Renee were absolutely fantastic, held my hand through the whole process, kept me updated, answered any questions I had and most importantly really felt like they cared about me and my needs. Great product too, allowed me to get the car of my dreams!

What a fantastic team at Pioneer Finance. I worked primarily with Jordan and he was fantastic - super knowledgeable about cars and I felt that he was really invested in helping me make the right decision about which car / finance package was right for my circumstances. In the end, I went for a G82 M4CS, but not without looking at everything in between from GT3s, Aston Martins and various other options. Jordan was super approachable and provided loads of quotes and information on the listed values of the cars I was looking at vs both market and projected future values. In this day it is super rare to find someone who is at the top of game and provides such outstanding customer service. I know I will not be going to anyone else for my car financings going forward. Also, a big mention to Renee and team behind the scenes who seamlessly assisted with paperwork and payout - all ran super smoothly and professionally. Will be recommending them to anyone who will listen.

I found a new supercar that I wanted to be in within just 4 days, so needed an efficient finance broker to make this happen.

I was recommended Tom at Pioneer from another supercar friend. I had another broker I had used before, but thought id try Pioneer.

I am pleased to confirm Tom made it happen for me in record time. He was enthusiastic, processed the required paperwork from me, visited me in person to sign the docs then personally chased the finance company for a fast payout.

It meant I could enjoy my new car out with other supercars that weekend.

Joe, Tom and team are excellent. The service is extremely personal and I felt supported throughout. It’s not my first time financing a car but it was my first time using Pioneer Finance. I’ve now used Pioneer Finance for multiple vehicle purchases, including my latest one just 3 weeks ago, and every experience has been excellent. The whole team have always been professional, helpful, and genuinely easy to deal with.

A special mention has to go to Mike for once again putting up with my impatience and always replying at all hours — nothing ever seems too much trouble. The level of service really does go above and beyond, which is hard to find these days.
