Worst server company ever
Purchased the services on Friday and they did not activated it until Monday because there was no Finance department to count my transaction. When they counted the transaction they Installed Windows Server 2019 when i specifically asked for Windows Server 2022. After trying to activate the Windows from 4 different sources with for different serial keys I could not because the OS was Windows Server Standard Evaluation which was not what i asked. Then after 2 days arguing the the retarted team, I terminated the services because it was not what I was looking for. Now the company says that they cant refund me because typically they dont. As other companies they do not offer the KVM over IP console or self KVM installation. You are not able to do anything on the server by your own. If you talk with the support they will respond you tomorrow because they are sleeping all day. And now that i want to get a refund, they just dont want to refund me.
