Clean interface. GDPR compliance by keeping all data within the product. Seamless integrations. Use of AI functionality is well thought out. Comms around maintenance and release notes are exceptional.

Some of the integrations are limited in their configurability. For example, the Indeed integration does not allow you to be selective with which jobs are included in the integration.

We have been using Pinpoint for nearly 12 months, having gone through a lengthy search before that for a global ATS that would fit our complex needs.

Pinpoint has been a breath of fresh air to use, its really simple to use for both recruiters and hiring managers, is easy to customise and new features are being added all the time.

Since implementing, its helped us to automate our sign off workflows, recruitment processes and onboarding. The implementation and support teams have been fantastic despite our many asks.

Would happily recommend for anyone looking for a cutting edge ATS.

We have been using Pinpoint for roughly a year now and the experience has been great! From the support through implementation, ensuring that they understood our business needs so that we had everything set up in the best way that would work for our business, through to ongoing support and guidance when we have had queries or new features are released to ensure we are getting the most out of the ATS.

Having used a lot of different ATS over the years, Pinpoint is one of the most user friendly I have experienced. This has meant that hiring manager and interviewer training has been minimal which has led to faster time to offer along with more consistent and timely feedback. We have also experienced reduced time spent on admin by the recruitment team, which has been a real bonus!

Feedback from the TA team and all of our users has been excellent - I would 100% recommend Pinpoint to others.

This recruitment system has completely transformed the way we hire. It has significantly improved our candidate experience and boosted manager engagement across the board. The platform is sleek, intuitive, and incredibly easy to use — feedback from users has been overwhelmingly positive.

Reporting is vastly improved, support is always available when needed, and we’ve experienced zero downtime in the last two years. The onboarding module stands out in particular: candidates consistently comment on how smooth and professional the process is, and from an admin perspective, it’s never been easier.

The system integrates seamlessly with our HR software, and the ability to build a tailored careers page with direct support from developers and our account manager has been a huge plus.

I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST THIS ATS. As soon as our contract runs out this year, off we go elsewhere! Absolutely terrible.

I'm not sure if we even have an account manager anymore and I really need to sort an issue out that we've been having for quite a while. I emailed our supposed account manager on 27 March, still awaiting a reply.
I've also been in touch with the customer support team and have spoken to 3 different people since 15th April, all of which end up either not replying or closing the chat before the issue is resolved. We seem to keep having the same issue crop up every few months and I've gotten to the point of extreme frustration!

One of our employees has had their email changed and can't seem to log into Pinpoint, our IT team have confirmed that his SSO is running fine and that he's able to log into other platforms using SSO, it just seems to be Pinpoint that he's having an issue with. And as mentioned, we've had this problem roughly 3 times in the past with different employees and each time it's taken me a while to get Pinpoint to actually look into the problem! In the end, it was always sent to the backend team to fix which worked. We really need our hiring manager to gain access into Pinpoint asap, this is delaying the recruitment he needs done urgently.

I chose this particular ATS as it was a 'new company' and wanted to give them a chance, what a mistake that was.

A recruiter that uses this platform and i am in touch with help desk every time i use as it is the most outdated system i have used out of many. Not efficient or user friendly, their communication comes via email but through different emails so you never know what or where its coming from.

Overall businesses please avoid at all costs.

Okay, maybe I’ve misquoted him slightly, but that was the general effect.
Within a matter of hours he’d guided us through the labyrinth, delivered us to sunnier plains and negotiated a deal that left buyer and seller smiling from proverbial ear to ear.
To call Alan Shields an ‘estate agent’ would be akin to calling the Beatles, a garage band.
He is a gentleman, very clever, a problem solver, a man possessed of an encyclopaedic knowledge of his craft and a sympathetic reader of peoples needs.
And yet, he is an estate agent, God’s own estate agent.

I would gladly recommend, Pinpoint property to anyone looking for quality assistance in the buying of a home and I extend my deep gratitude to their staff, especially Graham, whose warm greeting first endeared us to the company.

Absolutely every part of PinPoint is excellent. I joined a company already using this ATS for about 4 months and mastered it within a week. Very easy to schedule different types of interviews, provide hiring managers and external agencies access and contact candidates.

Never any technical issues, and they are happy to take on board potential improvements and upgrades.

Unless you have an employee who's full time job is devoted to managing this tool, it will not make the life of hiring managers on your team easier.

I was running the recruitment function of my organisation manually across multiple spreadsheets, and losing track of candidates coming from various different channels.
Pinpoint has massively streamlined our recruitment function. Gone are the days of tedious diary management, automating the interview invitations has freed up a lot of time and made for a smoother candidate experience.
Some more integrations wouldn't go amiss but I know that's in the pipeline.

Having worked with the team and senior leadership for an extended period of time, I can confidently say that Pinpoint are one of the most professional, attentive and helpful businesses I've worked with. Regardless of hour you compare Pinpoint to competitors, you'll be hard pushed to meet their levels of service.

Pinpoint is a great intuitive software! The dashboard is perfect, it makes everything nice and organised and so much easier to manage jobs. I also like that it shows you your active jobs straight away so you don't have to remind yourself which are up and running and which aren't. Overall very user-friendly and easy to use.

Great Product, well designed and easy to use. Would have given it 5 stars but for a couple of things that didn't fit my own specific needs but nevertheless, extremely useful

Would be good to be able to download all relative information on each candidate in a printable format. Printing the Pinpoint resume tabs has formatting issues? Ideally, a 'print all' function that formats all content would be ideal.

Pinpoint has helped us speed up the process of recruiting by their easy to use interface and helpful guidelines.

It is very easy to use and keeps all candidates information centralised and organised. Pinpoints interview function has reduced the amount of emails going back and forth to schedule an interview by giving the candidates different interview slots.

New features such as the Email Template, allows us to send frequently used emails to candidates in bulk within a few clicks. The chat function is monitored very regularly if I ever have a question and the team are always one step ahead of finding ways to improve the software and making our lives easier. I'm yet to find an improvement for Pinpoint.

Pinpoint is an excellent recruitment and selection tool which enables effective selection of candidates. The site is individually branded so the candidates are not aware they are using a third party provider. Pinpoint allows effective management of candidates from application through to hire. It is a one stop shop for recruitment and selection.

Amazingly simple concept - and delivered by the Pinpoint team with gusto and tremendous customer treatment. I was so impressed that I've recommended Pinpoint to another company with C.500 employees who signed up straight away.

It's going to save us time, and therefore £££, and really improve the candidate experience.

I think the pricing gives good value for money so it was not difficult to take a 'test drive' - and from then on sign up for a year!

In all my years as a software engineer and now CTO I've used and seen many approaches to recruitment. Before the end of the first minute of the demo my jaw was on the floor, and after the the demo was over I was snapping Tom's hands off in excitement to use the product.

How Tom and his team are approaching this is truly mind blowing. Without a doubt it accomplishes the task of sourcing and managing the recruitment process better than anything else out there. The app has a ton of small details that make it easy and pleasant to use. It's saved us so much time and money in our hiring and has helped us find talent we wouldn't have with traditional methods.

Pinpoint is going to be globally successful, that's a no-brainer. If they stopped right now, they would be globally successful... but Tom and his team are just getting started. I can't say enough about how quality the idea, approach, team, and execution are, I wish I could give it six stars!

Long story short, use Pinpoint! If you are using anything else you're wasting your time.
