Not every day is the same working as agency nurse but
I’ve been working with this agency for some time, and I’ve had a great experience overall. The team is professional, supportive, and always responsive to any concerns or queries. They communicate clearly, offer flexibility with shifts, and make sure you’re placed in safe and well-organised environments.

I’ve also appreciated how understanding they are when it comes to work–life balance, and how quickly they resolve any issues that might arise. Payments are always on time, and the staff treat you with respect and fairness.

It’s a great agency to work for ,reliable, transparent, and genuinely caring about both clients and nurses. I would definitely recommend them to any healthcare professional looking for consistent work and a supportive team.

Consistency in giving shifts,and their reliability is second to none.

The experience has been okay so far. Support Workers should however not be paid lesser than what main staff of the services we work for are paid.

Been with pin point about 7 years. No issues. Regular work. Love the flexibility.

They have clients but very poor pay. The get huge amount from clients and pay their Healthcare/Support Workers just minimum wages. In some case, even cheaper than the staff of the service you are sent to. It's very discouraging. Most new agencies pay up to £15 and enhanced pay for weekends and some nights. No bank holidays pay as well.

I applied for a certain job over a four week period. Then I got a phone call from an agent asking why I keep applying for this job as it's 25 miles away. I explained in my CV and covering letter that I am able to relocate immediately. I told the agent this on the phone. So I got a placement after downloading their app and replying to over 8 pages of required information. Finally got it 100% completed. Got an email saying when and where to start. Got the same email over 6 times. I logged into Pinpoint app and nothing. Turned phone on and off and even deleted and reloaded the app. No joy. Attended the place of work for 4 hours of induction and whilst there, tried to log in as others from Pinpoint logged in. I phoned up the head office, they said that she couldn't access my app details and that I am not down to work at that location and they couldn't do anything so put me through to my local branch. Got through n the receptionist is swearing on the phone n calling me lovee.Got through to an agent and he too was swearing down the phone, not at me but generally. This is not at all except able or professional. Got told to uninstall and reinstall app to no avail. Speaking to a few time served employees , whilst waiting to
phone through again, they said this was the norm for Pinpoint and that they were pretty useless and disorganised as did one of the managers at the site who said they prefer Rubicon Agency. I still had no conformation from the app that I had work or any means to clock in.
I was told over the phone that if the app doesn't work,do not go into werk as you won't be able to clock in or out.
So I felt I had to go home. 4 hours and petrol costs wasted. Got an email from the agents saying, thankyou for wasting THEIR time and telling the manager at the job location. WOULD NOT USE THIS AGENCY. This review is for the Poole area PINPOINT AGENCY.

Everyone knows dealing with agencies is hard work. However Pin Point is easily the worst, least professional and most stressful I've ever worked with. Here's a full list of issues I had with Pin Point. I'd highly recommend to avoid this company at any cost

- 5 days in total I was told to go in for a shift, only 30 minutes before to be told don't go in today

- Both apps they require you to use (Pin Point app and Joined Up), which lists your shifts didn't work from day 1. I reported this and I was told "IF IT DOESN'T WORK, DO NOT GO INTO YOUR SHIFT BECAUSE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CLOCK IN"

- Every document I ever received from them was littered with typos, casual/unprofessional language, hyperlinks that didn't work

- They continually were unprofessional, like continuing to spell my name wrong, for example on my ID badge

- I was not told there was no parking at the facility and the only parking would be paid

- I was accused of causing issues that were specifically caused by Pin Point.

I could keep going. Just trust me, AVOID.

They very crap they don’t pay good for DB foods Poole factory job. I been working for them for atleast a month , while I was waiting for my dbs that took a month. The agency are not very good nick or Ryan on the phone is like talking to a wall, if I could give zero stars I would .I got paid £330 for Monday to Friday work at the factory 6.40am till 3.30pm. They gave me all the hard manual labour jobs while all the others were chilling and the managers. I made a few videos that I will post on YouTube to expand my review. 0 stars from me of you get approached for positions at magna I would highly recommend avoiding the place they will get you in for 2 hours free labour then not even give you a job absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Excellent Consultant. Could not ask for a better consultant- Alice. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Constant work at a good rate of pay. Good placement with a good group of team mates and good team leader. Would recommend.

Rang me at 14.33 and asked me to get back to them about a job. I rang them back at 17.03 and they said that the job had gone and I needed to get back to them by 15.30. Ridiculous.

The reply to this says there was an advised deadline of 15.30. This was not communicated to me at any stage. Avoid this firm if you want to be treated properly.

As a class 1 driver Finding the perfect Business to work with, can sometimes be very daunting on this occasion after reaching out to Pin Point I firstly got in touch with Isabella and Ben, where I completed the on boarding process and within a couple of hours I had already been offered reliable work with one of their clients Who’s been absolutely fantastic to work with stressfree, nice easy work and the rates they offer. Are probably one of the best the communication is fantastic Any issues, raised Both Ben and Isabella are able to rectify straight away. These guys are nothing but friendly, approachable and more importantly, have a clear understanding about the industry, my advice to anybody reading this would be to get in touch straight away. Personally, and I’m sure it would be the same for anybody else. I couldn’t be happier working with these guys.

Had work before, they cancelled it, had work put shifts on an app until July, was there a week and didn't want me back, waiting on money.

Had a really good experience working through pinpoint, Gary and Alice were my point of contact and they both provided an excellent, professional and very informative service, they both proved to be very helpful with any query I had and recommended very good jobs in line with my work history, I couldn’t of asked for a better experience with a recruitment agency and would recommend them to anyone, I had been looking and applying for positions for months over 100 positions at least and had 2 offers of employment within 2 weeks of signing up with pinpoint, I really appreciate all the work Gary and Alice put in to secure me a permanent position in my current role so thank you and all the best

Absolutely waste of time
You apply they they say they will get back as they have passed on cv
Always excuses never return calls emails and when you speak to them they fob you off

One of the worst agencies

Very disappointing experience with Pin Point Recruitment. After completing an interview, I was completely ghosted by the recruiter despite several follow-ups. It’s unprofessional to leave candidates in the dark after an interview – clear communication is the bare minimum.

Great communication and very helpful.

Never again! Don't pay your salary!

Caitlyn is rude and uncommunicative harassing when your not in and giving little care if your not paid, there company is not going to last stealing money from the people that work for them.
