Excellent customer service. My pillows arrived within a week.

Great pillows, bad customer service. These pillows are great with people with cervical instability. I was interested in trying the other material but I know from calling several times and leaving messages- you can’t get a hold of anyone. It’s a great product, I just truly wish they had better customer service, especially for people who have places multiple orders.

Had to wait two months to get the large size in stock. Worth the wait. My pain management doctor recommended this pillow….she ordered one as well. The latex foam is great. Soft but supports the neck and head.

I love this pillow and I've had many for my cranky neck. The silk pillowcase is very nice as well. I especially like that there is an additional insert for the center of the pillow to raise your head up. I use it when I'm reading.

I used the pillow as instructed and woke up an hour and fourth five minutes into my sleep with stabbing pain that lasted the whole next day. I had to miss work the pain was so bad.

I bought my first Pillo1 about 7 years ago for approximately $100, and it was incredibly helpful for my recurrent neck pain. Today, I decided it was time to invest in another as the first has tired out. To my utter dismay, this pillow is now $200. There is simply no way most people can afford that. I do not believe the manufacture of this pillow can have DOUBLED in price over the past 8 years. $100 was already outrageous. I am disgusted and disappointed by such patent price gouging. You’ve lost a formerly enthusiastic customer. With some foam and a glue gun, I’ll be making my next “Pillo1.”

This is the only pillow that is remotely comfortable after my stroke. The divot restricts my neck from flopping too far on either side which is fantastic. I’m so glad they came back in stock! The price is steep but sleep is rather important! Thanks for such a wonderful invention

I was hesitant to purchase a $200 pillow but I consulted with my chiropractor who said the pillow meets all of the requirements for head, neck and shoulder support, I read reviews and researched the company and decided to give it a try. I LOVE this pillow. I bought "The Original - Latex - Luxurious Support, Medium - 110-220 lbs".
It's perfect for side and back sleeping positions and my neck and shoulders stay aligned and supported all through the night. I noticed improvement in neck pain after the first night, so paying $200 was worth it to me. Thank you Pillo1 for improving my sleep quality.

These are the best pillows for anyone especially if you have neck and/or back pain.
My sister recommended Pillo1 to me years ago and I have never turned back. Just bought my husband one since he was having neck pain. It is life changing! Also customer service was amazing and kind.

I places my order 3 weeks ago, no information afterwards for delivery or any updates. Tried to reach them them through mails, IG massages, no luck, but already twice received a reminder to leave the review, how convenient..

Being able to get one again. I’ve been using the side sleeper pillow since 2013. I’ve bought a new one every two years. Last year I could not even find one. Every time I tried to order one it would state “not available.” My neck has suffered tremendously by not having one. I’ve had two neck surgeries and this has been the best for my neck. I have bought over 4 different pillows hoping they would help. They didn’t. I don’t understand why I couldn’t buy one. No one had them. I’m facing another neck surgery and I’m so glad that I was finally able to get a new one. 🙌

This is my second purchase of the PILLO1. The first purchase had a mix up and it took a very long time to receive, and it did not include the pillo1 case. The second order came within 7 days and included a pillo1 pillow case.

Easy process from ordering to delivery.

I have cervical stenosis so if I do not have the right neck support when I sleep it causes a lot of pain in my neck and arm. Regular pillows and even some that boast orthopedic support are not as good ad the Pillo1. I have faithfully use this pillow and have for several years (I'm on my third one!) I even travel with it. I can't sleep with any other pillow.

Pillo1 was referred to me by my son’s girlfriend. I had struggled at night with occipital pain. I have been using this pillow for about 2 weeks now & my nights have already been much less painful!

The original pillow has been so helpful for my husband. This pillow allows him to sleep comfortably on his back, and his side as needed. No other pillow comes close to meeting his needs.
