I do see that our representative communicated with you regarding this issue. Per our return/replacement policy, we cover purchases for 30 days after receipt, I see your order was from June, 2025. Unfortunately that would fall outside of our return and replacement window. I understand your frustration, but any warranty issues outside of that time would need to be directed to the manufacturer.

Perfectly fine shopping experience
I had a perfectly normal online shop experience with Deal Society. I have nothing negative to report. Because the price was so good, I honestly was concerned it might be a scam site. I placed a small order to see how it went and all the things went the way they were supposed to, so I felt fine placing another larger order.
