BUYER BEWARE!! This company is not Netherlands based, they are China based. Absolutely terrible quality, if I could give zero stars I would. Also websites states returns and refunds available if started within 30 days of received item and that is an outright lie, they offered me 20% back stating there was nothing actually wrong with the items - despite them already fraying and being the cheapest material. Definitely do not recommend at all. STAY AWAY

Brought this for a wedding honestly and loved it. Elegant without feeling too formal.

DO NOT BUY!! Extremely disappointed. The dress was cheap, looked nothing like the photos, and came straight from China! What a scam! They need to be reported for false advertising. Reading the other reviews, I’m not even going to bother trying to return the dress and will accept it as a $100 mistake.

The dress wasn't quite right for me, so I returned it. The whole process was simple and I received my refund without any issues.

I received my order and it was made very cheap, thin fabric and poorly made! I tried to initiate a return by contacting them and they never even aknowledge my email. I am very frustrated to say the least!

Ordered shoes in a 4.5 women’s - a rare find! Too good to be true - the shoes arrived and are not the size I ordered. In fact, the shoes themselves have a sticker on them stating a 36. Also, they are way over priced for the quality of material and design. But oooooh I could get a 20% refund and keep something I can’t use. Or return the shoes to China at my cost.

I needed to exchange mine for another size and the process was straightforward. The new size fits perfectly.

When I saw the company “operated” out of Canada, I was happy and thought I would support a Canadian business.

I only realized something was wrong, when I had received my tracking information and saw that my package was coming from China.

On their website it mentions shipping within Canada / from Canada. So already their claim to that are false and misleading.

Very shady business. I reached out, however I haven’t heard anything back. It isn’t surprising.

I haven’t even received my package, but I’m pretty sure it’s going to be disappointing. I do not support fast fashion or drop shippers, however this time I’ve been had.

Do not buy from this company. They are frauds.

I was a bit nervous ordering from a new store but everything arrived perfectly. Very pleased with the quality.

I purchased two dresses online, because the company claimed they had an easy and free return policy.
The dresses arrived, they were a very poor quality. The fabric is awful, one of the zippers is stuck and cannot be done up. I ordered two size mediums. They are completely different sizes.
So, I decided I would just return both of them.
I tried to contact their return department by phone, it goes immediately to a busy signal, I tried to call at least 20 times.
I decided to email them, and it took them almost a week to get back to me. I know now that they were probably waiting for my return window to expire. I continued to email them, the first email they sent me back was an offer for them to send me yet another low quality poorly fabricated dress for another $20. They informed me that I could keep the two dresses that I had. Why would I want to keep two dresses that don’t fit me?
When I told him I wanted my money back, they told me that they would give me 20% of my purchase price back and that I could keep the dresses again. I explained to them I do not want these dresses, I want a refund.
The third email they sent me was that I would have to ship the dresses back to China and this would cost $90,!
They have an address in Quebec listed on their website, but apparently this does not exist.
This company should be removed from the Internet. It is a total scam!

Les vêtements sont faits et viennent de Chine, ça prend 2 semaines à les recevoir et j'ai reçu des grandeurs XS au lieu de XL. SVP ne pas commander de vêtements ou autre avec cette compagnie! Ce sont des voleurs! Ils n'offrent que 20% comme remboursement.

When I first opened the package, I saw right away that the “Block Waffle Knit” sweater I had ordered was not a waffle knit at all, that is a honeycomb textured fabric with a raised thread three dimensional waffle. Instead, the waffle effect was simply “printed” on the fabric ! Canada’s Competition Bureau prohibits all false or misleading representations made in advertising products.

I also looked for the information any consumer would look for as to the fabric, country of origin, care instructions, importer or retailer. There was no label at all, in violation of Canada’s Textile Labelling Act. In addition, I ordered XL as recommended, based on my usual Canadian shopping habits. One product was much too small to be an XL and the other much too big, more like 3XL. I understand that these products are coming from China, the lack of quality control and compliance with Canadian laws is terrible.

I requested a refund for these products following the company’s policy. No response. I will be filing a complaint with the Competition Bureau Canada. I also have written to the Netherlands (Dutch) Embassy as it is a Dutch company operating in Canada.

If I could rate my experience with this Company with negative stars i most definitely would. A one star rating, is far to much for this unprofessional and untrustworthy company. It is a sham as others have stated.

The reason, I purchased from this company was thst their product was just what I wanted and the price was reasonable. Although they identify (on their website) that they are a Netherlands Company they did show that they had a Canadian Office in Unionville Ont along with a Canadian phone number.

The first inclining of a concern that I had of a problem was when I got an email with a tracking nummber that indicated my order was actually being shipped from China to Canada. At this point I wrote to them asking that my order be cancelled. Then a couple of days later I got an email saying that unfortunately it was already in the shipping process but they would see what they could do. Then another day later gota “sorry” but couldn’t do anything and explained their return process. Upon receiving the packge I sent the required photos of the unopened package and another of the contents. I then got an email indicating that I had to return the package to their designated guality-control and returns warehouse inChina. Return was to be sent to “kungfubuy” no reference tothis being Pierre & Nicole. Funny enough, the last mile courier showed the parcel as having been shipped from a location in Mississauga Ont.

Extremely disappointing quality and customer service. The coat I received looks nothing like the product shown on their website. In their photos, it appears thick, opaque, structured and high quality. What I received is extremely thin, visibly transparent, poorly structured, and noticeably different in appearance, cut and length. I’m attaching photos so you can compare for yourself.

I contacted customer service and provided clear evidence. They first offered a 20% refund if I kept the coat. After I insisted that the issue was not simply “expectations” but that the item did not match what was advertised, they increased the offer to 50% if I kept it.

I then asked about returning the coat for a full refund, including the return address, shipping costs and whether they would provide a prepaid label. They never responded.

Very disappointing experience. I would not purchase from this store again.

My experience with Pierre & Nicole has been extremely disappointing. The quality of the clothing I received was nothing like what was portrayed on their website. The item looked and felt significantly different from what I believed I was purchasing based on the photos and description.

What was even more frustrating was the return process. It was not clear to me when ordering that a return would require international shipping to China. My item was unworn, with the tags still attached and in its original bag and packaging, yet I was told my return was considered a “remorse purchase” and that I would be responsible for the international return shipping costs.

Rather than simply allowing me to return the item for a refund, I was repeatedly offered alternatives: keep the clothing and receive a partial refund, accept 50% back, or receive additional clothing at no charge.

To me, this feels like a return process designed to discourage customers from actually returning unwanted merchandise.

I would not purchase from Pierre & Nicole again. I strongly encourage potential buyers to understand exactly where their order is coming from, what the clothing quality may actually be like, and what they may be responsible for paying if they need to return something.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Ordered fall jacket from what was said to be Canadian company.
It comes from China. The quality is disappointing too. The website shows a canvas material..it’s actually thin windbreaker silky material? It was over 100.00 and truthfully it should not have been more than $40.00.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company, especially if you are ordering something for an important event or if there is any chance you may need to return or exchange your purchase.

The website makes it sound like returns are easy and that you have 30 days to return your item. In reality, the process is anything but easy. I was asked to go through a long, complicated process involving multiple steps and to provide pictures of the items so they could supposedly evaluate whether there was any damage — even though the clothes had never been worn once.

I explained clearly that I had ordered the outfit for a wedding, but unfortunately the size did not fit. I would have been happy to order another size, but because I am travelling soon, there simply wasn’t enough time to wait for another shipment. I therefore asked to return the item and receive my refund so I could purchase a dress elsewhere in time.

And then… silence.

Despite explaining my situation and trying to resolve everything reasonably, I received no response for several days. It feels like the company makes the return process unnecessarily difficult rather than actually helping customers who need an accommodation or refund.

The quality was also very disappointing. The clothes arrived extremely wrinkled and stuffed into a plastic bag, and the quality felt very cheap compared with what was presented online.

The biggest issue, however, is the customer service. A company can have inexpensive products, but when something doesn’t fit, customers should be able to return it without having to jump through endless hoops — especially when the company advertises a 30-day return policy.

If you are ordering for a wedding, vacation, event, or anything time-sensitive, I would seriously think twice before ordering from this company. If you need a return, exchange, refund, or any kind of accommodation, be prepared for a frustrating and unnecessarily complicated process.

I regret ordering from this company and would not order from them again.
