It was fine
All necessary things were provided and dispatch from the company did seem fast enough. However I did laugh that delivery tracking took a long time as on several occasions the package went in the wrong direction. Like from Sweden to Denmark to Amsterdam then back to Denmark before going to Hong Kong. And countless depots within only kms from each other within Melbourne. Perhaps that was just the flaws of the tracking app?

Excellent customer service, blemish from DHL
Excellent customer service. Very helpful and patient in aiding my selection of a custom image for my wall mural.
The only negative was that the company was let down by their delivery agent, DHL, who notified delivery and were then nearly a week late with no further notifications of delays or revised delivery.

Great additions to our home
I’ve used Photowall on two separate occasions for wall murals. Both have been excellent quality and shipping has been very quick.
To install the mural on a wall, I’d suggest two people and make sure to follow the directions provided. We are extremely pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Photowall to others.

All our images are high-resolution fitted to be printed as murals. In some cases, depending on the size of the wall, you need some viewing distance to the mural and consider the subject as a whole. I am sorry to hear that it didn't live up to your expectations.
You can always order a printed sample prior to ordering the actual wallpaper, so you will have an idea of what the colors would look like in print and up close.
