Scam - do not use phone-unlock

Not only are they unable to provide unlock code, they also never refund

Very very dissatisfied with the customer service of phone unlock co. I request my refund for 2 orders since 09/02/2021 so today is March 16th and I’m not receive any confirmation in my bank statement, or emails, orders # 45948 # 45958 this company only need money money money but never response.

Checked reviews, parted with £23.99. Received an email asking for £39.00 to provide the code. SCAM

The unlock failed, which is fine and I understood the reasons why. However, getting a refund is like getting blood from a stone.

I recieved plenty of professional looking emails asking me to wait xx business days and it will be in my account. This felt kind of reassuring at the start but after the 4th communication I am now of the feeling the refund is never coming. Day light robbery in its purest form!

SCAM! AVOID THAT WEBSITE AS THEY ONLY PROPERLY CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT! NON-REFUNDABLE!

Advertised as immediate unlock guaranteed. Took money then said it could take a few days, then said weren't able to unlock. Had to chase for refund x2. Still waiting. Steer clear!

Very poor, it's been 2 day since, I ordered my unlocking, tried to contract them a few times but no reply,I'm still waiting for the unlocking.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE

Scam take money say they can't unlock then don't refund

It’s a scam. i paid a fee then said then could not unlock it and refund. First email 5 to 7 working days. After 7th day i followed up then said it’s 10 working days. On the 11th day still no refund. This company is a joke.

Couldn’t unlock my phone & keep promising a refund but aren’t giving it. Awful company stay well away.

Update: I had to follow up for the refund on their support ID and they processed it immediately on the same day via paypal.

Earlier: They didn't send unlocked my phone and sent an email for a refund on 26th November, since then there is no refund yet. I need to contact my credit card company now.

Fast and reasonable price.The did a great job and their service is legit.my phone was fixed in about 24 hours after i sent the details and made the order.It’s now usable because it’s unlocked fully.Thank you for the superb work.

good service, They repaired my phone very fast and now i tried using another sim card from another carrier and it worked.great and legit i wish the price was a bit cheaper.

Very genuine and fixed my phone within few hours,I have been impressed and i checked my phone and it accepts many carriers.

Brilliant site, their services are legit.My phone was unlocked and i’m switching simcards without a problem.I can now use any carrier and i tested and my phone is perfect now.Thank you.

And yes... just like other reviewers said, there's my 'email' saying that after paying money, they 'can't' unlock my phone. Wish I had read all the negative reviews before being scammed.
