This company kept my phone and never paid me. It is been months that I’m chasing them. If you have been harmed by then lets get together to put this guys in jail for stealing. I will create a reddit post about them.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I sent a phone to them on February 17th, 2026. Had priority shipping add so it was $20 coming out of my buyback. And it has gone downhill from there. Excuses like the shipper lost your phone even though it showed delivered to them. Two weeks waiting for an investigation of where it was at. Said it was lost please be patient since they are losing money. Never returning my texts or calls or when they did it was let me check on that and I will get back to you. Finally Friday, May 22nd they said we have a transfer coming in it should clear this week sometime and we will send your money. Here we are the 16th June and still nothing and still ghosting me after they say they will check on it. I don’t know how they run a business if they don’t have the money to pay for a $420 buyback of a phone. I either want my money or a comparable phone and communication.

Never received payment for my mint condition iphone pro max and charger. Contracted to pay $435.00 + $10.00 new customer shipping notification bonus. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAM! I emailed, and left voice message (never answers phone, always goes to vmail). They send me a text with lame excuse of being busy...then ghosted a few days. When messaged again they said they would check on it. There is nothing to check on, just pay me since I got email notification when they received the phone a month ago. Nothing but ignoring, runaround then ignoring again. Just FYI, if you are in my situation, you can report your phone stolen, file a report with the TX Attorney General's Office, and since they are operating over the internet across State lines you can also file a report with the Federal Trade Commission. If you search them on Facebook you should get the result of a lady who is working in filing a class action lawsuit and let her know you have also been scammed by them. Do yourself a favor that I wish I would have done prior to sending them my phone...Google earth their address and you will see an abandoned looking strip mall site with no signage of a store, SCAMMING LIARS AND THIEVES!

Had to involve the local police and threaten to press charges for theft to get my money for two iphones I sent! Took 3 months to get paid! Received countless emails promising everything and received nothing! Interestingly enough some of the 5 star reviews about them came from individuals with THE SAME EXACT LAST NAME as the person who’s name was on my PAYPAL payment! Coincidence I think not! Save yourself headache dont deal with them!

Please do not use this Compnay. They have my phone over two months now, i paid for expedited shipping to receive payment quickly and nothing, they disappeared. I ended up reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and once they got involved i finally got an email being offered far less money than the agreed amount. I was also told that the BBB cannot help because they are not an accredited business. The only contact i have received was by Susan Gray, this person stopped replying a month ago. If you are reading this please do not waste your time with these crooks. They need to be reported to everyone and they need to be shut down.

This company received my iPhone 15 pro a month ago. After about 10 days I decided to follow up. They responded very quickly. With a story about being their busiest time of the year and that they would send my the money in about a week. Similar communication has gone back and forth with no end of excuses. It's now been a month and they have stopped answering my emails. This company will take you phone worth $500 and just keep it.

Honestly, what can I say? They do what they can with the resources that they have. I got what I asked for and they took care of what I asked for I have no regrets.

Absolute scam. Was told in March what my payout would be. Two weeks later they lowered the offer they told me it would be, despite the condition I knew my three phones were in. I agreed anyways. Still have not received payout and it is June tomorrow. Absolutely scam of a company. Have already submitted BBB complaint and US Fraud reportfraud.ftc.gov -- Next Usps inspector general and small claims court.

I made a bad review several days ago. I had sent my iphone to the company for an agreed price plus $5 bonus in March. I had not received payment as of late
April. I also had received little to no communication as to status. I contacted them by email many times with excuses about short staff, etc. but finally I reached someone who seemed to be helping. However, she quickly became hard to reach as well. I was starting to feel scammed again, but she finally came through. I did receive my payment and was promised an additional bonus for my trouble. We will see if that occurs or not, but I did get paid after a while.
They did offer more money than most other places out there for the phone, So I would recommend that if you deal with this company, be patient and expect it to take a little time to resolve. At least, in my case, I no longer feel that it is a scam, but a company that has appatently poor communication priorities.

Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from these scammers. My son sent his phone in, was given a price for the device, and it’s now been almost two months and still no payment. Pretty sad a company can take advantage of people like that.

Do not send them your phone unless you just want to donate it to them. I think all of their good reviews are fake. My experience sounds just like the other bad reviews.
