Excellent service so far, been using for about a year I think. Makes a real difference to have a team who understand UK community pharmacy. Have seen an increase in brand awareness as well as clear increases in new customers and potential customer enquiries after custom-made email campaigns by Pharmacy Mentor have gone out.

Very happy with Pharmacy mentor. Receptive to ideas and have helped us move forward with our online presence

I thoroughly recommend pharmacy mentor. Fran and Paul have worked hard at creating a seamless prescription sign-up service via our website. They’ve implemented automatic responses to sign-ups and they’ve also implemented a subscription service.

I look forward to continuing to work with both Fran and Paul.

Having worked with the team at Pharmacy Mentor to support the needs of our mutual clients, I have been exposed to an excellent calibre of professionalism, high quality work output and consistently reliable and friendly communication. In particular I have worked closely with Farhaan, who has been a pleasure to collaborate with and is a true credit to the team. I have no doubt that Pharmacy Mentor will continue supporting their clients in achieving success, and have thoroughly enjoyed sharing part of this journey with them. Great job!

Posts and adverts are highly professional not only in appearance but in content. Thanks Lexy and Simy, keep up the good work. You've been great!!

Great company to work with. Very sector focused and has a good understanding of how pharmacy works. Would definitely recommend to anyone else that wants to expand their online presence.

At Houlihan Pharmacy we have used Pharmacy Mentor for several Facebook adverts with great success. I have also recently contacted Saam and Lexy to discuss an issue we were having which was preventing us from linking our website to our Facebook page and therefore preventing us doing advertising of this. They were both great and very helpful. With the contacts they have they were able to resolve this issue which has made a great difference to our business and the ability to now create Facebook ads which I will leave in their very capable hands.

Highly professional and personalised support from a very motivated and creative team.

Great company to work with- they have been a great help as our business grows and developing our mission of Inspiring Healthy Happy & Hopeful lives at The Health Dispensary, Wales
