I decided to use Pharmacy Mentor to help build my pharmacy which I had just taken over and with a Lloyds pharmacy that was closing down nearby. There were a lot of positive conversations to start with, but after spending over £1000 for the service, all I received was the set-up for my Google Ads, Facebook Ads account and one post on Facebook. I was not provided with the service that was promised, which were advertising strategies to grow my business digitally. There has been no proactivity from the company and very minimal communication.
I am very disappointed.

The team has been fantastic from start to finish. Great communication and support. Im not a social media person but i knew it was very important to help grow our business. We are a pharmacy that have just started to work with the team at pharmacy mentor. It has only been a month or so but they have been so easy to work with. Joan and Mitesh have always been there when I have needed them and constantly providing tips and advise to run a successful business!

Joe and Mitesh were amazing at delivering our requirements for a trade show exhibition. Not only was there time taken to understand our needs, but the turn around was very quick and the quality of work great! Communication is key. There is nothing worse than paying for a service that you never hear from, or struggle to get a hold of the provider. Pharmacy Mentor are effectively in the business of supporting pharmacies to improve their digital communication strategy. It is no wonder then that they understand the value of this and I can clearly see that as a service user. Pharmacy mentor proactively email with inspiration or changing market trends. Pharmacy mentor offer multiple ways to contact them for support, and I have used phone, email, WhatsApp and WhatsApp groups to communicate with the team. I have been using Pharmacy mentor for many years now, and they have managed to grow as a business without loosing the one to one communication I like, where you know the name of who you need to contact.

We have worked with Pharmacy Mentor for a while now and the service has been excellent. Our journey began with building a website which has developed in to creating bespoke features such as a prescription ordering system.
Our website booking system for pharmacy services has been an integral feature. It has allowed us to organise the pharmacists day and drive uptake. From this we have worked with the marketing team to advertise and reach out to a wider patient base to offer both private and NHS services.
Communication has been great with all staff members on various platforms. Staff have always been friendly and more than happy to help.
In my personal experience they have gone above and beyond to ensure we receive a solution to any issues or queries.

Onboarded initially with Saam and Darren, now we have been working closely with Roa and Lewis. All the team are great, they care and listen and have made the process of getting the website up and running efficient. They also handle all queries really well and are always available and approachable.

Excellent service for the past 2 years; prompt to action any adjustments and promote services which really count to us.

Pharmacy Digital supplied us Social Media services for a couple of years. Very happy with their work and support… always available to help.

Fantastic service from lewis and the team!

Pharmacy Mentor have been great to work with over the past 18months; very receptive & accommodating, however the recent changes with the introduction of Lewis as Account Manager and JP working on strategy has further enhanced this and lead to a more seamless and efficient way of working.
