I reached out to a lot of providers and found that petsy stood out as they were really helpful and I liked that they are pet-specific. I chose the highest cover for my cat and the signup process was so easy. Haven’t had to claim yet and hope I never do but the rewards they have are also a big reason why I signed up with them.

I recently moved my cat and dog from another insurer to Petsy. Couldn't be happier. Excellent value for money and the service is second to none. The customer service team is happy to discuss your individual needs and suitable options for your fur babies.
Highly recommend.

Great Customer service
I have been with Petsy since they launched and have never had a problem getting them on the phone. I have not had to make a claim yet (touch wood!) but they are so helpful and friendly I am sure their claims process will be easy.

Petsy peeps are the best peeps!
Petsy provides pawrents with diverse and competitively priced levels of cover for their little mates.
They are a company who cares about the fine details and really believe in the work they’re doing. From day one, communication has been outstanding and everyone from the Petsy team has made us feel so welcome.
Thankfully we have not yet had to lodge a claim but if/when we do, I feel confident that the Petsy team are the right people to support us.
Their website is user friendly (and looks great) and the customer service is exceptional.

I purchased the top cover for my cat
I purchased the top cover for my cat, Lenny. I wasn't sure at first so I reached out and Petsy really went to extra mile to answer all my questions.
The website to sign up was easy to use and didn't require a whole lot of time to sign up.
They even gave me a discount on some cat friendly plants.
So far, I've been with them for 5 months, and in that five months I have had great communication with Petsy. They offered me as free licki mat just recently to thank me for my loyalty. Lenny loves it and it helps him to eat slower. I feel like they are looking out for Lenny
