Things at vets these days can be expensive so it's good to know if something needs to be done I don't have to think about costs and coverage. Been great so far with coverage and the easy way to claim with eclaims with the vet.

Great products and good customer support. I was told about them from a girlfriend a few years back. Ive had only good things to say about this company. Very happy to leave a review for them and recommend them to anyone who loves their pet.

Sometimes you are asked by a company if you will review them and in most instances I sort of ignore them because there is nothing that stands out. But with these guys it's less like you are dealing with an insurance company but more with real people in Oz who care about your pet. I get routed to the same three customer service reps so I don't have to retell the story or questions. They have allowed me to get paid back on the spot and I don't have the same rage or distaste that I have had with some of my other insurances. I love my cavoodle and I'm glad I chose petsy to protect me and her for any big expenses that we have had to deal with. Just got another one so we immediately signup up with petsy.
