I bought a few toys to try which I thought would be exciting from my dog's perspective! The Dog Chew was a bit too large and hard for her despite plastering it with peanut paste (she is a small dog) and the piggy jumping ball which I would have thought she'd jump at, scared her!! She didn't think much of the Tennis Tumble either ..Aaaaagh! It's so hard to find the right toys! So I wrote to Pet Poochie letting them know the outcome and I was flabbergasted when they replied, generously offering me other toys to try without having to pay anything! I can't wait to try the Flapping Fish, the Calming Pillow and the 4 in 1 food/water dispenser for walks. What a breath of fresh air Pet Poochie are! Thankyou! Regards, Sonya

THE BAD: Regrettably I purchased two of the PoochChews; the idea was sound and seemed to offer an ideal solution to ensure healthy teeth for my young dog and prevent unwanted chemical intake. In short my experience pretty much mirrors the majority of the negative comments on the 'Shop' App. Whilst expensive, the items were cosmetically good and attractive, but ultimately unfit for purpose as they started to crack and splinter within 3 mins of use by the large puppy. That said, I’m unconvinced it is totally the fault of Pet Poochie, as the attached instructions from the manufacturer clearly stated them to be made of ’unbreakable nylon material suitable for medium to large dogs for long-time use without being destroyed’ and at first inspection I would have agreed totally with that assumption! 


THE GOOD: Immediately on contacting Pet Poochie they (Alex was my POC) could not have been more helpful or proactive in resolving the issue, and immediately arranged to provide suitable alternative replacements (Indestructible Dog Toy | Treat Dispenser For Aggressive Chewers) at no cost and all with the minimum of fuss. Customer service as it should be. The original items offered much, but ultimately under-delivered, but the replacements are far more robust whilst offering a similar cleaning function and far more suitable for medium-larger dogs. Their customer service has been absolutely outstanding and quite refreshing. Many thanks; I will use you again.

Wonderful after sales service - absolutely excellent !

This is my second review in 2 weeks. A new chew toy arrived for our dog yesterday - an Indestructible Dog Toy for aggressive chewers - she destroyed the previous one (a PoochChew). Alex immediately replaced the PoochChew free of charge, no questions asked when I told him about the damage caused. Our dog loves her new chew toy (I smear doggy toothpaste on it to maintain her dental health). We love it too - because she can't break it (the soft bits in the middle were chewed off pretty quickly, but the rest of it will last a long time). Thanks again, Alex

I bought the dental chew bone and toothpaste for my Jack Russell 18mnths old. He lived it but managed to chew bits off. I wrote to Petpoochie they were amazing such fast response and offered an alternative. I can't praise them enough customer service and pet car of utmost importance to me that is priceless. Thankyou

Having ordered a couple of the Pooch Chews for my dog to help with his dental health, unfortunately it turned out not to be suitable for him as he is a destructive chewer so I contacted PetPoochie to request a refund and to enquire about returning the unused Chew.

I was offered an alternative option of choosing other products to the same value, however when I declined there was absolutely no quibble at all. Alex arranged collection of the unopened Chew and processed my refund promptly whilst keeping me informed throughout.

Although the Chew itself was unsuitable for my dog (which is absolutely fine, not all products suit all dogs) I cannot fault the excellent customer service from Pet Poochie. You can tell a lot about a business from how they deal with customer queries when things don’t quite go exactly according to plan. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them.

Received very prompt and helpful reply from Alex. Unfortunately the dental chews were not suitable for my Golden Retrievers. I have now exchanged one for the indestructible tyre. Have received a refund for the other two dental chews. Excellent personal service from Alex, thank you

I am so impressed by this company and the way they do business. My dog was unable to effectively use the dental toy as intended and the company responded to my concerns right away and offered a solution. They were prompt, courteous, thankful and appreciated my situation. Most of all they hold to their promises. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again and will keep perusing their site for my dog, Cedar!

I was really looking forward to receiving this product. Unfortunately, my dog chewed through it within 3 minutes. Lots of bits of plastic splintered everywhere. Had to throw away immediately. Was expecting it to be a lot more durable after the website wording and the price! Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered an item which my dog was not interested in at all. Alex got back to me very quickly by e mail and an alternative was supplied to me. I was extremely impressed with the level and speed of customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending or purchasing from them again. Many thanks Alex and the Pet Poochie team.

My poodle loves chewing her Poochchew from PetPoochie.It not only keeps her well entertained it is great for her dental hygiene. She chews on it several times everyday.A real favourite. ✅

I bought two pooch chews for my Labradors recently and they weren’t quite tough enough for my destructo boys. I contacted customer service and received an immediate response. Alex suggested I try the indestructible dog toy , which he sent out immediately and refunded the difference. My labs love them and they’re still in one piece! I wish this company all the very best and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them. I’m delighted.

I ordered the poochchew, unfortunately my boy is a prolific chewer and so it lasted around 10 mins. After sharing a photo Alex go in contact and offered a relacement or something up to the vaule. We now have the Wobble wag giggle ball and he loves it, its also just a tiny bit too big for him to chew to bits. Great customer service, i've not experianced that kind of responce in a long while and will definately be using again.

I chased up an order with this company. I received a timely response from Alex with an explanation. In addition I would highly recommend the PoochChew my Cavapoo Charlie loves it!

My dog is quite an aggressive chewer. She was able to damage one of the bones I bought on the second day of use. I emailed the company, and they got back to me right away. They offered me a variety of options, all which were very generous. The quality of the product is excellent as the customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again.

I ordered the Chew Brush but unfortunately, my Golden Retriever, Archie, broke it with his aggressive chewing! I contacted Alex who immediately offered to send me out a different Toothbrush that was guaranteed not to break. That brush arrived and Archie loves it. He is also able to use the first brush without the cover and this seems to work as well. His teeth are definitely cleaner and his breath is sweet!
