My review reflects the fact the item I ordered was shipped directly from Hong Kong so took longer than the delivery advised on the website. Also, the item arrived faulty.

I have mixed feelings about the service I received, because I’ve had a lot of contact with the support team, and received an excellent outcome of a full refund. However, pressure to change my original review, which I have done, makes me feel future customers may not have the full picture.

I really wanted to give PetPoochie a chance, but if I had known my order would be coming from Hong Kong, and I could have bought a similar product form Amazon at a fraction of the price, I wouldn’t have ordered at all.

That said, they’ve done well to resolve a situation I was pretty unhappy about.

I ordered 3 items on 11th September and after two weeks had no updates so contacted customer service who dispatched 2 of my items on the 23rd of September, eventually receiving nearly two weeks later. I still had no updates regarding the third item, contacted customer service who didn't give a response for about a week. Then I was informed that my last item was dispatched on 12th October.. now nearly two weeks later and I still have not received it. The royal mail tracking info merely states that they have been informed that it has been dispatched to them. I have also not had a response from customer service regarding this.

PetPoochie’s customer service is amazing! I recently purchased two collars only to find that they were the wrong size. PetPoochie quickly resolved the problem by sending replacements at no extra cost.

This nail grinder is Amazing! It does the job without my dog pulling away or jerking his paw out of my hand. Smooth quiet operation with different places to grind the nail. I have a 28 pound Miniature Australian Shepherd.

Purchased the silent grinder pro, it does not have enough torque to trim the nails on a dog. I contacted customer service regarding the "60 day money back guarantee", they want me to pick something else from their site. I explained that I would prefer a refund and have received no response. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. They left a response on this site that there must have been some mistake and to contact them, but when you do, they will not respond back, just bad business!

Thank you for this product! I have a very fearful dog and nail trimming is a challenge. Your quiet and sturdy trimmer has made much improvement in my ability to keep up with his nails.

Excellent customer service! They were quick to answer my emails and offered a replacement product as promised! I would definitely buy from them again.

Now have one happy dog, The nail grinder works a treat, so easy to use with excellent stress free use on my dog's nails.

This is a review re Customer Service. I had to return the nail grinder since my fur baby was diagnosed with an inoperable tumor. He has a month to live. Alex was so compassionate and understanding and refunded my money and told me to donate it to somebody. This is a company that cares about their customers.

This grinder is absolutely the best investment I have made for me and my dog. I say me and my dog because nail grooming was very stressful for me too. My dog has deformed nails which is a challenge and they are black!! Now grooming is stress free ! The grinder let’s me get into those hard to reach places, is really quiet and just the right size. Charging is quick and easy, I highly recommend this grinder , I just wish I would have bought this years ago!! Thanks petpoochie!

I purchased the Grind Pro @ £36.95 on 11/08/2024 and have still not received it. I had expected it to be delivered within a couple of days so started to wonder if the product was being sent from abroad.

My 12 week old French Bulldog does not like the conventional nail clippers and as he fidgets I decided to order the Grind Pro.

As I don't want to wait any longer I have ordered a different grinder from Amazon which will arrive tomorrow. I will still keep the Grind Pro (if it ever arrives). The tracker shows it as being sent but not out for delivery and has been at that status. As of 23/08/24 I have still not received my order (12 days) however I received my order for a similar nail grinder from Amazon 2 days ago. Absolutely do not recommend this company - all I got was a link to the tracker which I already had (all it says is in transit). This is supposed to be coming from Nottingham - I have had things from Temu (China) arrive quicker..!!

Really helpful friendly service. Nice to be made to feel like a valued customer and will look here again if I need things for my fur babies!

My rescue dog would not sit still to have her nails clipped, so I thought I would give this a try.

She didn’t take to the grinder straight away but she now sits still to have them done. It’s a good alternative to nail clipping. A good product. Delivery was a little slow but when I contacted you I had an immediate positive response. Very happy with the product.

I purchased the Grind Pro @ £36.95 for my puppy Cockapoo, only 7 months old. The grinder came to a stop when attempting to grind the nails even though it was fully charged ! and let's face it a puppy's nails aren't that tough !. I had to send several emails to Alex
In customer service over several days. It took 24 days until I got a partial refund, they deducted the postage £3.99 . So I have now purchased a better product on Amazon for less than half price, 2 spare grinding wheels, pair of nail cutters included. If I wanted to send it back ( which I don't) I would get my refund within 2- 3 hours once the post office scans the free postage label.
So I say to prospective purchasers, do your homework
Before you buy and do not believe all the trust pilot reviews. I did concerning this company and sorry to say the reviews did not stack up in my experience. Pet poochie dragged their feet in dealing with my complaint and could have made the unhappy customer experience much much better instead of winding me up !!

Good selection of products and value. Great customer service… professional, helpful, who go the extra mile.

Product was of poor build quality and did not work, may be just a one off though. After emails to customer
service a replacement was sent (not yet received yet though, its only been a few days) and a refund was received. Thank you Alex for your attention.

After initial delivery problem,immediately dealt with by the company, I received my dog nail grinder. It’s easily handled by arthritic hands. Quiet and easy to use.

It is good to support a small British company who are so enthusiastic. They did not disappoint, quick service and a note of appreciation. I purchased a dog nail grinder, which is excellent and every bit as good as described, and thoroughly recommend. I wish you well!

Great customer service by Alex the owner. I ordered 2 dog toothpastes but only 1 turned up. He was straight on it and I received my order a day or 2 later. Even better, I got to keep an extra toothpaste for the inconvenience! My miniature dachshund loves the toothpaste too! A great buy as I’ve tried others and not a patch to the organic ones that petpoochie sell.

I bought a 'Poch Chew' for my little terrier, Choccy, who is an aggressive chewer and who hates having his teeth cleaned, so I thought it would clean his teeth without the trauma. He loved it - but unfortunately soon managed to chew bits off it and I had to take it off him as I was afraid he might injure himself or swallow a piece. I sent a photo to PetPoochie, more in amusement than as a complaint, and to my surprise I received an email by return, offering me anything on the site, up to the same value, with free postage, or the 'indistructable dog toy/treat dispenser. I chose the latter, and even without treats Choccy took to it immediately and chews it happily and after several weeks it is still intact - something of a miracle! I can also smear it with the PetPoochie dog toothpaste, to effortlessly help clean his teath.

I cannot fault PetPoochie's customer service. Orders and queries have always been promptly acknowledged. Their products may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and it is worth every penny to know that if there are ever any problems they will be addressed immediately and without quibble. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
