They sent me someone else's stickers
They sent me someone else's stickers. The replacement ones seem fine but they arrived about 3 weeks after I ordered them. I needed them for a children's camp and they didn't arrive in time. I would not expect a small simple order to take 3 weeks. Polite customer service but no refund or discount was offered. Dissatisfied customer.

Execellent customisable stickers that stick.
I am a repeat buyer of the stick on labels. They stick well and survive the dishwasher and washing machine. My children enjoy designing them and I enjoy the good price and quick delivery. Highly recommend.

I always use Petit-Fernand when purchasing name labels for my kids school clothes etc. The stickers stay on so well, even repeatedly going through the washing machine. Lots of options when designing and good delivery time.

Having received some labels I was disappointed that the perforations were not cut through so labels were spoilt when releasing from background BUT after my first review the company contacted me and sent me replacements. Excellent service and new labels were perfect. Really impressed with company.

Absolutely brilliant, will be back!
Absolutely brilliant.
Stickers arrived quickly and are of great quality.
Love the little booklets they come in (which are easy to store away and also means I won’t lose/ misplace any sheets) and the kids loved the extra Christmas stickers included.
Would highly recommend and will re-order in the future when these name stickers run out.

I am leaving a very mixed review
I am leaving a very mixed review. I Have used the Company many times to order both the iron-on clothing labels and stick-on shoe labels. Although delivery has been on slow side I have always been very happy with product quality. However, I placed an order approx 3 weeks ago now and it still hasn't arrived. I had a text from a lady in Manchester 10 days ago saying that she had been sent my order with (of course) my childrens name visible and my phone number (surely a GDPR breach?). When I called Petit Fernand to ask what was going on (about 7 days ago) they seemed to know about the problem already. They apologised and offered to repost my labels (which have still not arrived) and they did also offer me a discount code for the future. This morning I received an envelope from Petit Fernand.... containing someone elses labels!!! The Company currently seem to be experiencing a multiple shipping failure and breach of GDPR. And if so, why did they not contact me upon realising the problem

I've ordered these name tags for the past 5 years. The quality is always fantastic. Delivery is within a couple of days, although allow a little longer if ordering at the end of the summer holidays. It's an honest company with good quality products.

Great name labels
Great name labels, lovely bright colours and seem to be lasting really well on clothes so far. Delivery took a little longer than expected as I didn't realise they were based outside of the UK but otherwise great experience and would use them again.
