I have never ordered from this company so no idea why I keep getting emails from them with my order updates and they have now asked for a review! It’s either a scam or someone else is using my email address to order from them?!?

Excellent labels
Excellent labels, which are clearly printed. They stick on very well and wash well too. My only small difficulty, is that some of them have been hard to remove from their backing sheet. But once you've got the first edge pulled up, they remove easily! Even the laundry lady at mum's care home was impressed and asked where I got them from!
I will be ordering more, thank you.

Great company for clothing labels
Great company for labels, we use them time and time again for the kids clothing labels. The labels stay on after several washes! The labels may take over a week to arrive but well worth the wait.

Great quality labels
I've re-ordered labels from this company several times now as I think they are great quality and price and perfect for my kids' nursery clothes. The stickers make it so easy and fast to label lots clothes and they stay stuck on despite lots of washes! The stickers are also fairly easy to peel off if you wanted to remove to sell clothes on or donate elsewhere. There are also lots of different design choices too. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible customer service
Some of the labels were missing from the order. I contacted customer service and was told to send photo evidence. It's very difficult to take photos of something that is missing... I ended up having to take photos of every page to show that the labels were not there. I then had to do this again as they couldn't find the photos I had previously sent. They agreed to a refund but didn't refund the correct amount. I contacted them about this but they then asked me to send more photos of the missing labels. In the end I gave up, as it was taking too much time.
The labels that we did receive were good quality, but this company has shocking customer service. I would definitely avoid them in the future!
They also sent us some Christmas stickers as a gift. Which is completely pointless as it's January! I'd rather have received the labels which I paid for.
Please don't reply and say 'please contact us to resolve this'. As I've tried to resolve this with your team on a number of occasions but had no luck.

Please note that the requests for photos you received were automatic responses from our system. Our team later reached out to you for more details, as it's important to fully understand the situation in order to provide the best support. We offered to send the missing labels again, but you chose the refund option, which we promptly processed.
We haven’t received any further complaints other than the initial issue, so we are unclear about the claim regarding the incorrect refund amount. We would be happy to look into it. However, there’s no need for you to contact us again. We will reach out to you directly to clarify the situation.
Regarding the Christmas stickers, these are a special bonus gift we send to all our customers. They change periodically, and many of our customers enjoy receiving them.
We apologize once again for the frustration this has caused. We will be in touch to ensure everything is resolved.

Great company with really good customer service. I did have an issue with a lost order. It was quickly resolved and a replacement shipment was made.
Product is fab and we have been using these labels for a few years now and keep coming back for more. I love that they can be customised to the individual.
